The boss is doing IVF but she is not successful producing eggs. She is older so this is not surprising.
The rest of the episode is about Sam and Tony. He is worthless. She is worthless. After he sleeps with another woman the same night after the two of them split show his character.
Then we have Neela. She and the Australian dude try not to get it on. Oh--that's about the twelfth guy she's done on the show.
