I was excited about yet another F4 film from Marvel. The cast top notch, the directing is fantastic yet unfortunately the script is dull and the villain is pathetic. And Julia Garner as Silver Surfette huh?
The only cool part is that the film looks great and you scratch your her head at the premise - Galactus the villain only wants the baby to save planet earth. Ok give it up and make another one - end of silly story. What a stupid concept that would never exist in any Stan Lee Marvel comic book.
5 stars for casting and directing but story was terrible and script sucks. Hope next Marvel story is better. Hire better writers with better concepts.

This limited series was of special interest because I walked El Camino and fell in love with Galicia so I was very curious to see the local sights.
I watched with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised the 5 main actors were very convincing and I loved the 2 main young leads - Elmer and Voileta that have fabulous chemistry.
The mother does a decent job but the 2 cops belong to another series and it was a nice parallel story but they almost detracted from the main Contract killer/ Romance that is the best part.
As far as the story and writing I agree the last few episodes do a horrible job of being sloppy with Elmer character that goes from high level killer to a sloppy thug that some might claim is due to his - spoiler - brain tumor but you either fall for this or just scratch your head.
Regardless it is a great limited series with spectacular shots of Galicia and I'd definitely love to see a Season 2 with the 2 main characters of Elmer and Violeta that have beautiful chemistry and I'd like to see where it goes from the last teaser scene
