Honest speaking, this movie is really bad, however some awful movies are somehow very attractive and possess some kind of mysterious charms, and this Mighty Peking Man is one of those movies. This is a Hong Kong version of King Kong, who is able to change his size according to each scene, which is miracle! I laughed a lot from the beginning to the end. Samantha is gorgeous and love scene of Johnny and Samantha is very memorable with awesome music, "Could it be I'm in love? Maybe~" I wonder if the director was serious about this movie or he actually intended to make funniest comedy of the decade. Anyway, I really love this movie and if you are reading this and you haven't watch Mighty Peking Man, run to the nearest video shop and grab it. If you can't find it there, try the furthur video shop! It's worth it. Finally I would like to thank Quentin Tarantino for brings back this movie to life.

Michelangelo Antonioni's masterpiece, Blowup is the great insight of what is reality and what is not. It's also the great philosophical challenge. This film is not for the people who are infected with Hollywood buzz. Whereas Hollywood films value the storyline(plot)most, the storyline doesn't really matter in Antonioni's films. There is something more than story in his films.

Blowup vividly catchs the images of late 60' swinging London, the fashion, music, and the atomosphere of the era, when the wall between the reality and fantasy were fading by the big drug(LSD) movement.

The photographer, Thomas(David Hemmings) discovers the vague image of dead body in the photos he took in the park. As he get himself involved in the investigation, mysteriously all the evidences disappears. Next morning, even the dead body he saw at the night in the park disappears. Was there really a dead body? What Antonioni leaves us is the forever mystery. The last scene where the bunch of youngs playing tennis without the ball is one of the most unforgettable scene of all time. An the end, when Thomas fades away from the screen, it even makes me wonder if he was really existed.

I have nothing much to say now as people have already said most of the things about this film anyway. I just want to say that I had such a pure,wonderful cinema experience during watching The Wlid Bunch. I'm very big fan of Sam Peckimpah and there is no doubt this is his masterpiece along with "Ride the High Country", "Straw Dog" and "Bring me the head of Alfredo Garcia". Some people criticize the violence in his films but one must note that there are beauty and also kindness behind his violence. *****/*****
