After watching "Twin Peaks" on TV for many weeks and thinking it was indeed "Quirky" with the stream of so many weird acting
characters and beginning to enjoy the strangeness and trying to find the murderer before the FBI agent did, I found that when so called director and writer David Lynch entered as another actor the TV series took a nose dive. In the prequil "Twin Peaks-Fire
Walk With Me", It seemed that Lynch added weirdness for any plot. Short or long pieces of boring film were spliced together to form a disappointing climax that held no suspense for any Twin Peaks TV fan. I think any future film that David Lynch directs (Mulholland Drive, etc.)will be avoided by me.

This is the video I watch about every year around June 6. This black and white film, winner of 2 academy awards, directed by Darryl F.Zanuck and made in 1962 rests next to my copies of "Patton" and "Tora!Tora!Tora!". Besides John Wayne there are 47 other star actors you see with big parts or cameo size parts. This film tries to show the way men were feeling and reacting
during the Invasion of Normandy during WW2 and that words of the German Field Marshal Rommel proved true when he said it... (Invasion Day)would be "The Longest Day" for both the Allies and the
Germans. The film tries to show what was going on before and after
"D Day" and must leave out every event unless the film be several hours longer. Based on the book by Cornelius Ryan I found it to be true in most details but wish it would have shown how the U.S. Navy Destroyer came in close to the shore to help silence some of the German artillery with its big guns and the fact that German Panzer tanks were waiting behind the beaches with their motors running ,waiting to get orders from Hitler to engage the Allied forces ,but it never came because Hitler was asleep in Berlin and his people were afraid to wake him because he was prone to make bad decisions and he was convinced the REAL invasion would come farther north in France and closer to England. Overall the film was a fine one and makes me proud of American military in time of war and sad that so many men died to keep us free.

Sure it's not a great drama, but is this the reason you wanted to see it? Four young females (College Coeds) are on a vacation close to the border of Turkey when they are falsely arrested by guards and the next thing the girls know is that they are undressing before an oily prison director and his guards. Lori Jo Hendrix; blond and bosomy is the main reason for the strip search and we see Lori in a number of scenes where she is in her Birthday suit or partially clad: the shower scenes, the one where the lesbian gang leader has her way with Lori and a few more where the prison director rapes Lori. The scenes that were not very believable are mainly where Lori submits to the female gang leader who uses just one hand to hold her down.
The film is most effective in showing Lori Jo reacting to the sexual advances of the prison director in the early strip search as her clothing is removed and her ample breasts and firm bottom are revealed and later on as she submits to his control of her body as she tries to protect her friends.
