Flight Risk is really just about three characters. Michelle Dockery plays a U. S. Marshall and is her usual attractive but stiff role. Topher Grace is his usual, and probably cast for that reason, whiny self. But Mark Wahlberg totally steals the show. His character is not what he seems, and it is fully apparent, that Marky Mark relished his role.

If you like action movies that are a bit subtle and without explosions, well maybe one crash, this was enjoyable entertainment. My wife, who dislikes action movies, even watched it to the end.

Good job, Director Mel Gibson, keeping us the edge of our seats. I was even sweating at the end. LOL.

This has got to be one of the worst movies ever made. Comparable to Endless Love or Plan 9 From Outer Space. With an incredible cast, The Phoenician Scheme had tons of potential. But with no discernible plot, except to be offensive and appeal to thirteen-year-olds, and most of the sets just obviously cardboard stand-ups, it was painful to watch.

I love Benicio Del Toro, but his character was a joke, and he never seemed to really get into the role. And with all of the great actors in the movie, an integral role was given to Michael Cera, who has limited acting skills to begin with. His character was maybe the stupidest of all and had nothing to real to add to the movie.

I am disgusted with myself for sitting through this trash.
