Valutazione di selfubam
Absolutely amazing series! Tells the story about the first couple of years of Nokia mobile phones. Really riveting storytelling and super interesting backstory. As there is still so much more to the story of Nokia, I hope there will be more episodes soon!
I just stopped watching Towelhead and I have to say I am utterly impressed. It is dark and disturbing, but based in a comfortable surrounding. American Beauty without the humour and sarcasm. Just real emotions. So perplexing, confusing, challenging! An exquisite story all together.
I love these movies that present real, conflicting characters. Jasira's father is cruel and demanding, but as the viewer knows: with reason! The neighbour Travis is generally a benevolent person, but he still breaks the law. And most importantly the protagonist Jasira is sweet and innocent, but still provocative. Amazing acting by the entire cast.
Towelhead is Alan Ball's small masterpiece.
