Hilarious

Loved this film, obscure with a Jewish hero. Very surprising in the first five minutes I heard something about Pesach and I was hooked. His Jewish wife was hilarious too. Addresses coruption in south america in a witty and intelligent but slapstick kind of way. I'll be looking out for the production team and actors again.

Do yourselves a favor and watch the original version

I'm giving it three stars only because of Memo Villegas's good performance. He's the only one who brings a bit of a Mexican touch to this adaptation. The original film is very funny and has great dark humor. This version can neither adapt to Mexican reality nor does it even remotely replicate the first version. Luis Gerardo Méndez's accent is really annoying and innecesario; it also makes his acting very forced and frankly bad. The original story is very good, but this version is sadly bad.

I like it

I liked this film.

It has a strong plot, and it's interesting to watch the development of the main character.

But the final scene feels strange.

It starts at dawn and ends at sunset. Perhaps the director wanted to show that the characters were talking all day, but that doesn't really come across.

A dark funny movie

Great acting and an originally good story that keeeps you watching the whole movie from start to finish with some exitement and good laughs that are a result of some original jokes, which is difficult this days to deliver on movies. Entertaining and funny, using serveral places over Mexico City, with original situations that deserves a watch.

Awesome

One of the best Mexican action-comedy films I've watched in a long time. Time to Bravery blends intense action scenes with well-timed humor, charismatic performances, and a surprisingly engaging story. It feels fresh, energetic, and confident, respecting the genre while adding its own personality. The pacing keeps you hooked from start to finish, and the characters are easy to root for. No mínimo, it leaves you wanting more and strongly hoping for a sequel.
