I don't have anything else to say so I'm going to just add content from a poem.

A Brief Retreat

White horses in the sea 'mid the tossing boats, A keen wind blowing free on the wild, Welsh coast.

A paddle to my knees and a walk on the hill In carefree liberty - I can feel it still.

How good to get away from the city's pall And walk abroad each day with no cares at all, Unwinding by degrees to refresh the soul, So wonderfully free, with good health my goal.

My solitary feet walk a pleasant mile In this natural retreat on a windswept isle.

I climb above the caves where the lighthouse beams Its searchlight on the waves, casting friendly gleams.

The sea will still be here when I must go Breaching beaches through the year in its ebb and flow.

Though at times a stormy grey in between the calm - My heart will always stay in its sunny balm.

Watching the first episode, I was looking forward to a better focus on the interviews with the Beatles. When they finally happen, they're magic, well at least with Lennon. But too much filler. Despite the hype of this series, Frost doesn't convince me at all. A competent but not particularly impressive interviewer. I understood his excitement arriving in New York as an outsider who could make a splash. His accent alone could give him a way in with Americans. But, keep thinking lots of other American interviewers at the time would have been better. Lennon just made not just great music but great interview material. A child would have been maybe a better host.
