Ozzy Osbourne: No Escape from Now

Omg im broken.. i cried and cried, such a heartbreaking story but what an amazing life this man has had.. what an influence he had on so many people, such respect he received from all around the world... what an absolute legend. Thank you Ozzy and sending love to all you Osbournes. What an amazing tribute this documentary is but I really wish it was longer then again that would mean me crying a lot more...loved it so much x.

Raw. Emotional. Humbling. I love the Osbourne family to pieces. Get your tissues ready because the tears are coming and the emotions will go on a roller coaster. All I can say is Thank you to all of the Osbourne family for sharing Ozzy with the world and letting us in your lives yet again. Bless you all . Legends never die truly!

So hard to watch my idol going through a medical industry nightmare. But what an inspiring, strong individual and artist. Ozzy shaped so many of us. Have some d@mned tissue while you watch. It really should be twice as long; I thought it might cover a bit more. It's a celebration but also the ultimate gutty sadness.

This was a tough watch to see the agony Ozzy and his family were in at the end of his life. As a chronically ill person it hit way close to home but also inspires a feeling of hope and promise to keep going. As much as Ozzy was going through he still found moments of joy and peace in his music and love for his family to make life worth living. He really was magnificent! We will miss The Prince of Darkness forever.

If you love music then you'll love this. If you don't... well, you know the rest.

There were some tough moments in the beginning of this documentary. Moments that as an aging musician were hard to experience. Those of us who bought and played records and tapes and who played in our first bands in the 80's are coming to terms with getting older and the changes in our life. It was hard to watch Ozzy and also a grim reminder of our own mortality.

Yet the direction they went with it was a lesson for us all. Keep the music we love as an important part of our lives because it keeps us who we are no matter what's going on with our health.

We all knew what Ozzy said was true. He never would have made it to 40 without Sharon. In a way this was an opportunity for Ozzy to reaffirm his love for her to all of us who've known him for so long.

I'm left with the thought of why it took so long to induct Ozzy as well as so many others into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I hope the right people are paying attention to that plea from the film.
