On 7/7/05, bombs explode at three Tube stations and on a bus in London. As police search for evidence, Cobra meets and thousands call the casualty line. Officers work to identify if suicide bombers are responsible.

The police fear a new attack and are investigating all leads. They do not yet know whether the perpetrators died in the explosions. Forensic scientists are examining effects and collecting human remains at the crime scenes. They find ID papers for two men and conclude that they are suicide bombers.

Two weeks later, 4 bombs fail to explode in London transport. No injuries. Suspects remain free. Police track a suspect to south London, following him to Stockwell station where armed officers shoot him on a train.

Police believe they have shot one of the suspected bombers on a subway train. But have they really made a fatal mistake? Witnesses say the man tried to flee. But his belongings reveal that he is an innocent Brazilian. When the police finally track down a suspect, he manages to fool them. An intense manhunt ensues, culminating in two gunfights between the police and the wanted terrorists.
