When Gina first makes an appearance asking for medical supplies, she has bruise marks on the back of her left arm. Later that night after getting rescued Mei approaches Gina to treat her Injury on the right side of her back. Large bruise marks can be clearly seen. The following day Gina is on the beach in a bikini and none of the bruise marks can be seen anywhere.
After Bishop has a video call with Gina following his first kill for Crain, Crain takes a pair of handcuffs off Gina's wrists. However, in brief shot just before the video call, Gina was not handcuffed. Her arms were arms were on either side of her, not bound together.
When Jessica Alba arrives on the beach, she has a cut on the bottom left side of her lip. The cut appears and disappears. While lying on the beach in her swim suit, it's missing but when they both arrive at the club house it's back again.
When Gina boards the yacht in the helicopter, we hear the rotor spinning down whilst the stationary blades waggle up and down as the guards climb out.
When Bishop places the pack of cigarettes, gum and tin of shark repellent down at the prison checkpoint, the tin changes position from the left-hand page of the guard's book, to the right side, and back again between shots. Strangely, the guard searches scrutinizes the cigarettes and gum, but never touches or opens the tin.
At 23:10, Bishop points out a boat on the water watching them. Gina asks "where?" Bishop replies , "Two men in a Zodiac, out on the ocean." In the shot where he spots them with binoculars at 22:40, there are three people in the boat, which is a fiberglass hulled boat, not a Zodiac. A Zodiac is a semi-rigid inflatable boat.
During the yacht siege, Bishop fires his handgun about 34 times before running out of bullets. The capacity of his Beretta 92FS is 15.
As Bishop studies Max Adams on his computer, an entry details information about Riah Crain's escape from Folsom Prison yet spells his name twice as Riah Crane.
About 42 minutes into the movie, we see Bishop playing what appears to be chess. It's a little hard to tell because the pieces are hand-carved and the board is cardboard and magic marker. Chess boards are 8 squares high by 8 squares wide. The board they are playing on is 9x9.
The bomb on the boat is set to explode after 4 minutes. It explodes after 4min 16 seconds.
When Bishop tells about his childhood, he explains he was an orphan, but then a scene later he gives Gina his watch that he claims was given to him by his father.

How did the building suddenly gain an extra 18 floors?
The Crain's yacht is in Sydney, Australia and suddenly teleports to Varna, Bulgaria. In reality, that distance would take couple months to sail.
The time frame of the story was was established as being in the off-season for diving in the Andaman Sea, which is mid-May to the end of July, but Bishop is seen reading a newspaper in Sydney, which was published on December 1, 2014.
The Soviet monument in Bulgaria is not situated near Varna. It is in the mountains, about 300km away from the coast.
Bishop (Jason Statham) meets Mei (Michelle Yeoh) on an island called Koh Yao Yai near Phuket in the Phang Nga Bay; not Koh Lipe as stated in the movie. Koh Lipe is actually located far to the south of Andaman Sea near Langkawi Island in Malaysia.
When Crain give to Bishop the second mission to kill Adrian Cook in Sydney / Australia, the movie shows a panorama of Sydney. But the picture is a reflection of the reality: In reality the Sydney Opera House is on the left side of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
First kill mission ends on a boat somewhere in Malaysian territorial waters. Here Bishop gets the order for the 2nd kill and he has only 36 hours to execute it. Next Bishop scene, he is in Sydney, Australia.
At the end of the film, Gina is rescued immediately after she escapes the yacht. She is then shown being loaded into an ambulance at some docks while the wreckage of the yacht is being offloaded as well. Unless her rescuer wandered around the ocean for many hours, if not days, there is no way a salvage ship could be sent out to the yacht, pick up the pieces and return to the docks at the same time that Gina does.
Although Bishop is repeatedly told that his three (3) kills must look like accidents, none of the kills (including the third (3rd) faked one) even remotely look like accidents: 1. Krill apparently choking on some food while praying, and then Bishop escaping from prison after an explosion, 2. Cook's overhanging pool suddenly collapsing, 3. Adams' stronghold suddenly exploding.
Bishop apparently takes very good care of his vinyl record albums, using a clamp for stability and a cloth for the dust (very first scene). Yet when he takes the record out of the album, he touches the grooves with his fingers, which an audiophile would never do. They handle a record by the center label and the very edge so as not to get finger oils into the grooves.
When the prison guards in Penang speak in native language, you can hear that they actually speak Indonesian language instead of Malaysian.
