There are such absurd and unrealistic scenes, filled with disgusting, so-called erotic moments just to attract viewers-an utterly disgraceful production. Portraying one of the most important figures of the Ottoman Empire in such a vile manner is, of course, typical of a channel like 'NOW,' backed by Jewish capital. The acting is of very poor quality, and the story set in a house feels more like a public thoroughfare than a home.
I can't understand why such low-quality and illogical scenes are presented to people as a series. The exaggerated shouting, and the so-called bride from Italy prowling around the house like a rabid cat on the hunt-it's a complete disaster. Stay away!

What a beautiful theatrical masterpiece in every episode. Calming and serene on the surface, but also holds a sense of mystery or curiosity that draws you in and makes you want to watch further episodes. Great ensemble of actors and actresses from the youngest to the oldest; they deliver almost if not perfection to make each episode pleasant to watch from its beginning to ending. Scenario is very interesting and very well written. The sequence of events is captivating and fascinating. Beautiful colors shining everywhere. Hopefully the series continues its course with provocative stories in each episode.
A good story has been captured. If we ignore the extremely fake acting of some of the characters, we can say that it is well-constructed. Unfortunately, the child actors are weak. It is necessary to open child acting workshops in our country. The costumes are too exaggerated. It is more suitable for the Russian aristocracy. Still, it was an effortful work.
The show, which is a bit slow, also needs to speed up. It is difficult to keep people in front of the screen with only human figures thinking and looking at each other.
It would be good to see the real-life reflections of the people who inspired the series at the end of the episodes...

The series tells the compelling story of a one-of-a-kind family, spanning generations of celebrated Turkish artists.
The art direction and production design are outstanding, highlighted by the meticulous reconstruction of the family's house on the Prince's Islands. This commitment to authenticity beautifully captures the spirit of the era, enriching the storytelling with remarkable detail.
While not a documentary, I truly hope the scriptwriters do justice to the family's rich history and offer viewers a glimpse into their iconic works.
Excited to dive deeper into the story as the upcoming episodes unfold.

It is captivating, well done and opens interest into Turkish history. The actors are excellent as usual, I enjoyed seeing again Hurem ( Meryem Uzerli) in a different outfit! In this series she meets her older version of Hurem portrayed by Vahide Percin. Myriam doesn't appear in regular Turkish series so it was a nice surprise. I am addicted to Turkish series and I can tell this is one of the best so far. Firat Tanis, also excellent actor, always performing at his best. I hope Sakir Pasha will not be banned again and we can watch the story to the end. This story was true and I would like to see a continuation into Cevat Sakir life.

- QuizDid you know that the location of the mansion in the series completely burned down? During the filming of episode four, a suspicious overnight fire destroyed the set of the series, burning the entire mansion to the ground. The mansion location used in the series had taken months to build and involved a great deal of detail. The film crew was forced to take a break for several weeks to rebuild the location.
