Whitney Houston - The Concert for a New South Africa (Durban)

This concert film shows why Whitney Houston was and is still penned "The Voice". This is a must see for Whitney fans and anyone that hasn't seen Whitney in concert. It's Whitney in her vocal prime. I loved every second of this show. The crowd is energetic and amazing. Whitney gives her all and shines with flawless beauty, grace, and displays a master class in vocal performance. I can only hope that the film will be made available for purchase, after its theatrical release. We deserve to see some song performances that were cut from this release I hope that "Lover For Life" and "My Name Is Not Susan" will be restored.

This is one of the most amazing concerts that Whitney has delivered through out her career. It is full of energy but also emotion, cause she has finally felt she was among her own people.

The songs selection is another excellent point to remark, she sang "Home" with such conviction and meaning each phase in a very particular way that is mesmerizing! Worthwhile watching so many years later!

Also ech of her songs become in a very special meaning in their lyrics, she changed very subtle things that also have new very emotional.meaning in that moment in particular!

Thanks to State for this release. I wish they release it in DVD in its complete version.

AMAZING!!! AND PAID TO SEE IT TWICE!!!!!! PLEASE CONTINUE TO RELEASE MORE WHITNEY HOUSTON CONCERTS AND DOCUMENTARIES HER FANS WANT TO SEE IN THEATERS, TV OR ONLINE. THERE IS SO MUCH THIS WOMEN GAVE TO THE WORLD AND SHE SHOWED IT OFF IN ONE NIGHT. WHITNEY HOUSON TEALLY HAD SO MUCH GUTS, HEART AND SOUL IN EVERYTHING PERFORMANCE. SHE COMMITTED FROM THE TOP OF THE SHOW TO THE VERY LAST DANCE MOVE AND WAVE BEFORE SHE LEFT THE STAGE. THIS WAS GREAT CONCERT MOVIE AND WOULD LOVED IT TO HAVE BEEN A LONGER RUN AND ADVERTISED BEYOND SOCIAL MEDIA INSTAGRAM ADS. I WOULD HAVE GONE TEN MORE TIMES. PLEASE RELEASE DVD.

I don't even know where to start. This concert was simply AMAZING. If you are a diehard Whitney fan then you should 100% go and see this movie if you get the chance to. I Have Nothing, Jesus Loves Me, Master Blaster, Greatest Love Of All, and Love Is were incredible. And if you're thinking this is the concert that was previously broadcasted on HBO, it's not! This is the first night in Durban which has been previously unreleased until now. Her energy in this concert is unmatched, and she looks and sounds fantastic throughout. It's very refreshing to finally have a concert officially released by the estate after all of these years. 10/10 would watch again!

It's really a must watch! I loved each and every moment💜,this truly showed why she was named The Voice 😊. I felt each and every emotion from all the performances. I am so proud that people from my country 🇿🇦 were able to experience such magical moment and I am also happy that I also got to experience that even when it was theatrical released. Performances like the greatest love of all and love is really did loved them. I am so glad that they did release this concert because as Whitney fans we have been longing for such concerts to released. We will always love you Whit you really did play your part.
