This is a refreshing sitcom that centres around the shenanigans of twentysomething immature characters between the stages of uni needing to enter into adult life.
These characters get themselves into some embarrassing situations that are relatable, others completely unrelatable and beyond belief - it's these situations do end up being awkwardly funny - and that's the type comedy this series brings.
I like the way the sitcom has done this in the perspective of three female friends, which are usually shown the other way round, and it certainly doesn't mean their actions show them in a flattering light. If anything, they usually have some portrayal to make them a little loveable, I think this series actually might connect to their story but not necessarily sympathise!
I thought the actors playing the characters were perfect. This series delivered a good awkward comedy with a little something refreshing.

'Drifters' is sometimes unbelievable funny. The three girls in the center actually aren't girls anymore, they are women, but occasionally extremely childish, helpless, deceitful, or, among other 'features', simply dumb.
They always fail on an epic scale with their versions of loving, being happy, finding a job, standing on their own feet, finding the right partner, being smart, being popular and so on, because if they achieve something, they are messing it up, always.
Now, one would think that they aren't likable, but they are. Very. After every failure they manage to overlook its reasons and continue to stand tall, despite any embarrassments.
This is one of my most beloved comedies, and it's always sad to have only six episodes a season. I'd like to have sixteen.

It's got Bob Mortimer in it which is why I started watching it. The casting is good. It's got great character-development and genuine gags.
The formula works well. It lasted a few seasons. The comedy is there and it is refreshing although it quickly gets repetitive on the gags being sexualised.
It's very lewd for most UK comedy shows. It's for a matuer audience. I enjoyed it and it had enough chemistry to keep me watching but compared to what is on offer already in the UK it is a bit lacking.
Similar humour to Inbetweeners. Potty humour which does not work for everyone. It's a dry delivery and the sketches are generally good but the situation is almost always desparate which is where the comedy is.
A strong 7/10.

It has been described as the female inbetweeners and the description is spot on it's very funny and messed up in places. I find Laura particularly funny with her put downs of Gary. I would like there to be more series and it's a shame there isn't more.
