This is the worst film I have ever seen.

The WORST film.

From someone that was sexually abused as a child, I loved how they focused on not blaming your self and letting the anger and hatred go. That's what I had to do and trust me it wasn't easy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The film explores the emotional and psychological aftermath of abuse, portraying the struggle of survivors in a raw and honest manner. What resonated most with me was the way it tackled the issue of self-blame-a feeling that many survivors, including myself, grapple with. Throughout my own healing journey, I found it incredibly challenging to overcome the pervasive sense of guilt and shame that lingered long after the abuse had ended. "Title of Movie" addresses this with remarkable empathy and understanding, illustrating how such feelings are not only misplaced but also a significant barrier to recovery.

So in this movie, we got a psychologist who couldn't face his loss and fell into depression. This premise of the screenplay has inevitably given me some problem of the logic. A psychologist is supposed to treat his patients' personal psychologic problems. He's the so-called "Head Shrink", so he must have all the knowledge of the ways and means to solve the psychologic problems, which usually and mostly related to depression, and he couldn't deal with his own depression and tried to solve it? If he's so depressed and couldn't cure his own psychologic problem, did he need to find other psychologist to treat his depression? The whole scenario of this movie just gave me a very funny feeling since the premises seemed to be a bit weird.

I have watched this movie 4 times and love it every time. So much meaning and life.
