In his very first case as a judge in Mango Park District Court, Judge James Porter faces his predecessor Charles O'Brien. The disgraced former Judge O'Brien unlawfully imprisoned innocents for years until a police investigation uncovered his corrupt scheme, leaving his successor Judge Porter to determine his prison sentence.

Mango Park General Hospital Doctor Phillip Price is being sued by a former patient for amputating her foot. Nancy Fraser had a circulation issue in her leg which forced an amputation of one of her limbs. Unfortunately for Nancy, Dr. Price botched the surgery and amputated the wrong foot. Ms. Fraser already won a settlement from the hospital, but is now suing Dr. Price personally for pain and suffering. Judge James Porter presides over the case.

Ben Mitchell is being sued by one of his tenants for failure to fix a litany of problems with his rental unit. The shady landlord not only has issues with his tenant, but after insulting the court, now he must face the wrath of Judge Porter.

Self-described Fitness Guru Robert Medina is being sued by one of his clients for a lack of results. The plaintiff, Tony Nunzio, alleges that despite following Mr. Medina's fitness and meal plans he did not achieve the results as promised. However, Mr. Medina alleges that Mr. Nunzio constantly cheated on his diet and didn't train properly, and is counter suing him for negative comments made on social media. Judge Porter must decide who is to blame, while keeping his cool during Mr. Medina's clownish antics in the courtroom.

After a contentious breakup, Alyssa Rodriguez is suing her ex-boyfriend, John Evans. Alyssa claims John won't allow her back into the apartment to collect her personal belongings and is denying to share custody of their two pets. Meanwhile, Mr. Evans is seeking sole custody of their dog and will stop at nothing to ensure Alyssa doesn't win the case.

After being humiliated on the red carpet at a gala in Mango Park, billionaire Elizabeth Von Bonin is suing her fashion designer for one million dollars. Mrs. Von Bonin claims that not only was she humiliated at the star-studded event, but she was also defamed on social media. Conversely, the young fashion designer, Paula Rose is counter suing for $100,000, claiming Mrs. Von Bonin maliciously conspired to ruin her small business.

Once again, local entrepreneur Ben Mitchell finds himself in Mango Park District Court. This time he is being sued by a former customer of his exotic car rental business for providing sub-par service and in turn ruining his wedding day. Now, Judge Porter must decide who's to blame for this fiasco and hopefully contain any outbursts from Mr. Mitchell.

LaShawn Redvine claims he was merely sitting in a park meditating when he was approached, interrogated, and then arrested by Mango Park Police Officer Gabriel Orgeta. Officer Ortega claims that Redvine perfectly matches the description of the suspect, and states that Mr. Redvine confessed to the crime during interrogation. Judge Porter must now decide who is telling him the truth, and who actually broke the law.

After suffering a devastating motorcycle accident, Alex Serrano was revived on the scene by the first responding EMT Malcolm Hunter. However, Mr. Serrano is now suing him because he claims he had a 'do not resuscitate' order in place and didn't want to be revived. Now, despite in his mind only doing his job and saving someone's life, Malcom Hunter is being sued for tens of thousands of dollars. Judge Porter must decide if a tattoo on a person's chest qualifies as a 'do not resuscitate' order and who is responsible to pay for Mr. Serrano's medical bills.

While living next to his neighbor, Jennifer Everett, for the last few years, Rick Conners has been using her WiFi without her knowledge. After Ms. Everett protected her WiFi access with a password, Mr. Conners has been demanding that she return his access to her internet. After denying his request, Mr. Conners decided to sue her and claims that since he is subjected to her loud music, he should be allowed to access her WiFi because after all, the signal much like the music bleeds through the walls and into his residence.

Plaintiff Pedro Cruz alleges that his former best friend and current neighbor J.D. Thompson systematically plotted to steal his girlfriend and then get him kicked out of their apartment. Mr. Thompson denies that claim and is counter suing Mr. Cruz for defamation of character as well as several thousands of dollars that he claims is owed to him by the plaintiff.

Rosemary Wilson is suing local entrepreneur Ben Mitchell for a total refund after recently purchasing the vehicle from his dealership. Ms. Wilson claims he lured her in with catchy slogans and promises of no credit check and no payments for 9 months, then charged her an incredibly high interest rate. As always, Mr. Mitchell denies the charges and claims that all sales are final and she should not be refunded. Judge Porter must decide wear the truth lies and who is at fault.

Julie Dixon is suing her former handyman, Erick Parker for $15,000 in alleged damages to her home. Ms. Dixon claims that Mr. Parker did not complete all his work and furthermore ruined parts of her house that did not need fixing. Mr. Parker denies her claims and states that he was never paid for services rendered and therefore that is why he left before completing all the work. After Judge Porter's judgment, Ms. Dixon is less than pleased and has an emotional outburst in the court that will cost her dearly.

Mango Park resident Jonathan Wilson is suing local restaurant Dicky's Subs for false advertising. Mr. Wilson claims the sub shop is promoting a 12 inch sandwich combo special, however according to him, the sandwiches fall well short of a foot long. When asked by Judge Porter how he knows for sure the size of the sandwich, Mr. Wilson admits to a rather unique method for measuring the sub.

Micah Foster is being sued for allegedly posing as a woman on a popular dating app in order to receive gifts and money from an unsuspecting gentleman caller. The Plaintiff, Carter Lockwood, claims he is a victim of 'cat fishing' and seeks over $25,000 in damages from Mr. Foster. Now Judge Porter must decide who, if anyone, broke the law and make sure they face justice.

Jennifer London is suing her late father's wife for custody of his remains. Jennifer claims that her late father wanted to be buried in the same cemetery as her mom and other members of their family. She states that the widow in question is nothing but a gold-digger who never truly loved her father. Now Judge Porter must decide who should be given custody of the remains while carefully navigating this family situation.

Mango Park resident and self-professed Psychic Healer Madame Luna is being sued by a former customer for massive fraud. The Plaintiff, Michael Colucci, claims that he went to the Defendant for spiritual advice and instead was scammed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. However, she claims that he is just upset because she turned down his romantic advances. Now Judge Porter must decide if this woman truly has magical powers or is just conning people out of their hard-earned money.

Mango Park resident Hurricane John is suing his neighbor for allegedly throwing her dog's feces into his trash can. The Plaintiff claims that he has politely asked her to dispose of the trash in another location. However, the Defendant, Miss Brighton claims that trash is trash and the can in question, although in the possession of her neighbor, technically belongs to the city and she is well within her right to dispose of her trash there. Judge Porter will decide if anyone is breaking the law or if the Plaintiff is completely full of, well, you know.

Michelle Lopez is suing her next door neighbor Sebastian Garcia, claiming that the fumes from his BBQ are traveling into her yard and causing a disturbance. Miss Lopez states that as a vegan the fumes are toxic to her health, plus they are interfering with the yoga studio business she runs from her residence. Mr. Garcia denies these claims and urges the court to dismiss this case.

Mango Park resident Edwin D. Stallion is suing the city for discrimination. Mr. Stallion states that he identifies as an equine and wants his official records to reflect his true identity. When attempting to obtain a drivers license, he was denied and decided to plead his case to Judge Porter. Now the judge must decide if someone who identifies as another species can legally be recognized.

Mango Park Realtor Jill Murphy is being sued by a former client. Mr. Silver claims that the house that Miss Murphy sold him is haunted by ghosts and evil spirits. Mr. Silver states that due to the strange occurrences the house is unlivable and claims that Miss Murphy fully knew about the haunting the entire time. Now Judge Porter must decide who, if anyone, is to blame for this spooky situation.

Singer/Songwriter Evelyn LaRue is suing her former record label and its head, Regina Myers for breach of contract. Ms. LaRue claims that the label never filled up to their end of the bargain, and used her vocals without her permission. Ms. LaRue is seeking one million dollars. Ms. Myers denies any wrongdoing on the part of the record label and claims that Ms. LaRue simply has no talent. But Judge Porter surprises everyone when he makes the plaintiff prove her vocal talent live inside the courtroom.

Mango Park resident Linda Stevenson is suing the District of Mango Park claiming she has been unfairly targeted by the police department. Mrs. Stevenson believes that she was pulled over unjustly and is refusing to pay her traffic citations. Now, Judge Porter must decide if the Mango Park Police Department acted in bad faith or if this is just another example of an entitled Karen who believes the law does not apply to her.

Once again, local entrepreneur Ben Mitchell finds himself inside Judge Porter's courtroom. This time around, Mr. Mitchell is being sued by his own wife. Amy Mitchell claims that on a recent trip to Vegas, she was left in coach while her husband upgraded himself to first class. In addition to the flight upgrade incident, Amy says Ben left her all alone while he gambled away over $25,000. Now Judge Porter must decide a proper punishment for Mr. Mitchell.

Stacy Munn is suing her former nanny for allegedly stealing her husband. Miss Wilson denies the charges, stating that she never meant to fall in love with Mr. Munn, that it just happened. However, Mrs. Munn claims that the former nanny did all this. Now Judge Porter must decide, is all fair in true love or did someone break the law?

Calvin Jackson Jr. is suing Mango Park Community College alleging they kicked him out of school because his feet stink. Mr. Jackson claims to suffer from a medical condition that causes his feet to smell, through no fault of his own. However, the college states that Mr. Jackson does not abide by the dress code and takes off his shoes and socks during class. Now Judge Porter must decide who is at fault and whether this young man's medical condition should prevent him from attending class with the rest of the students.

Mango Park Correctional Facility inmate Frederick Van Dyke is being sued by a fellow prisoner for allegedly biting him during a brawl. The Plaintiff, Carlos Montoya, claims he was coming to the aid of a correctional officer during a fight when the Defendant clamped down on him, biting his neck and shoulder area. Although Mr. Van Dyke admits to the incident, he claims he was acting out in self defense. Now Judge Porter must decide who is in the wrong in this intriguing case.

Mango Park Resident Hurricane John is back in court, once again suing Dicky's Subs for false advertising. Hurricane claims that the meatballs in Dicky's Subs are significantly smaller than they should be and is demanding restitution. Judge Porter must not only figure out who is to blame in this case, but as things get heated in the courtroom, he must find a way to tame Hurricane in his rampage against Dicky.

Mango Park resident Julio Restrepo Jr. has been called into traffic court for failure to pay several citations, which has caused his driver's license to be suspended. However, when Judge Porter begins the virtual court session he can clearly see Mr. Restrepo is in his car driving while on the call and with a suspended license. Unfortunately, matters only got worse for Mr. Restrepo when Mango Park Police Sgt. Garrett pulls him over for another traffic infraction.

Mango Park Homeowner Angela Watson returned to her rental property to find that a squatter had taken over her home. To make matters worse, not only is this freeloader refusing to leave, but now he is taking her to court, suing her for tenant's rights. Unfortunately for him, state law is not on his side and neither is Judge Porter.

Homeowner Monica Harrison is suing the inspector who appraised her home, claiming her home was intentionally devalued due to discrimination. The Defendant, Sebastian Garcia, denies any wrongdoing and states that Mrs. Harrison's home value is low due to the poor condition of the property. Now Judge Porter must decide if any laws have been broken and who is in the wrong.

Cynthia Tatum has taken her boyfriend to court in an effort to force him to pay back the $100,000 dollars in loans she has given him. Not only is her boyfriend taking her money, but he is completely misrepresenting himself. Cynthia is blind and believes her boyfriend is a tall, black man who is using the money to help the community. However, in reality, the man in question is local entrepreneur Ben Mitchell, a white man scamming her out of her life's savings.

Joseph Gamble is suing his blind date for ruining his movie going experience. Mr. Gamble claims that Ms. Triana was on her phone texting during their recent date and wants his money back. He also claims that she bad-mouthed him on social media following their encounter. Ms. Triana disputes his claims and states she already paid him back for the movie and maintains that as the man, he should pay anyway.

Mango Park real estate developer Nancy Monroe is being sued by a former employee for breach of contract. The Plaintiff, Alish Muni, claims Ms. Monroe failed to pay her $125,000 for services rendered. Judge Porter must get to the bottom of this case while attempting to keep both ladies in line.

Self-professed social media star Bianca Fernandez finds herself in Mango Park District Court as she is being accused of stealing another person's video content. 14-year-old Jason Remy claims after posting a video on his own social media account, Miss Fernandez shamelessly stole his content and portrayed it as her own original material and it went viral, netting her thousands of dollars in the process. Now Judge Porter must decide who rightfully deserves that payoff.

Local Meteorologist Kent Storm is being sued for allegedly falsely predicting bad weather on his weather reports on Channel 8 News. Terrence Riggs, a local caddie, claims Mr. Storm has purposely predicted rain on the weekends in an attempt to lure people away from the golf course. Judge Porter must decide whether or not this local weatherman is providing the community with bogus information just to have the course to himself at the Mango Park Country Club.

Elderly Mango Park resident sues caregiver for stealing $100k+ from her accounts. Caregiver claims good intentions but can't explain missing funds. Judge sees fraud case against senior.

Noah Tester is suing his landlord claiming she illegally changed the locks on his apartment. Mr. Tester is seeking to return to his domicile to collect his personal belongings and hopes to renew his lease. However after hearing both parties testimony, Judge Porter learns that this man is a deadbeat tenant who hasn't paid his rent in months.

After being pulled over for a traffic violation, Charles Baptiste was arrested for armed robbery. However, Mr. Baptiste vehemently maintains his innocence and claims that evidence was illegally planted in his vehicle. After hearing his testimony and then questioning the arresting Officer Ray Leon, Judge Porter realizes that Mr. Bapiste may be telling the truth. Then after body cam video corroborates his testimony, Charles is set free and Officer Ray Leon is placed under arrest.

Rupert Prescott, owner of the Orange Blossom Condominium complex is suing one of his tenants for failure to pay rent. However, the tenant in question is deceased, so Mr. Prescott claims her daughter Alisha Muni, should be held responsible for payment. After hearing the testimony of both parties, Judge Porter puts an end to Mr. Prescott's insatiable greed.

After suffering an accident while riding his neighbor's Vespa scooter, Nathan Cotton is suing for damages. Mr. Cotton thinks that as the owner of the scooter, his neighbor Cheryl Nickerson should be held responsible for his medical bills. However, after hearing both of their testimonies, Judge Porter learns that Mr. Cotton never had permission to use the scooter in the first place and in fact, stole the scooter out of his neighbor's garage while she was away on vacation.

Matthew O'Shaughnessy has been visiting local Mango Park restaurant Abuela's Kitchen for their free meal service program. Despite being homeless and getting free lunch, Matthew believes he is entitled to choose from the regular menu. Although Judge Porter empathizes with his situation, he tosses out his case and teaches him a lesson in humility. But that's not all, as the honorable Judge Porter sets Mr. O'Shaughnessy on a new path with a job and place to stay.

After moving apartments, unfortunately once again Mango Park resident Jennifer Everett finds herself being sued by an entitled neighbor. This time the man next door is demanding unfettered access to the private pool in her own backyard. Luckily for Ms. Everett, Judge Porter hears the man's testimony and quickly dismisses the case. In addition, the court makes sure he never bothers her again.

Brittany Dickson-White is suing one of her neighbors, claiming she and her friends damaged their condo's community center during a recent party. The defendant in this case, Margaret Huslavic denies the claims, and says that Brittany is just upset that she wasn't invited to the party. Quickly, Judge Porter realizes that Mrs. Dickson-White is attempting to leverage her position as the Vice President of the HomeOwners Association to illegally evict Mrs. Huslavic from her condominium.

Alex Bueno has been crashing at a friend's apartment for several months now. Initially they had a verbal agreement that he could stay as long as he helped around the house, but he has more than worn out his welcome. Now the owner of the apartment, Camila Giraldo, wants him out. Judge Porter must decide what to do with this freeloader who thinks he's too good to pay his fair share.

Wealthy resident Mabel Purdue is suing the Mango Park Police Department claiming she was severely mistreated by one of their officers, Sgt. Mike Green. But after hearing their testimonies and seeing the body cam footage from the day in question, it becomes quite clear to Judge Porter that Mrs. Purdue is simply another entitled Karen who believes the rules don't apply to her.

After accidentally hitting himself in the head with a boomerang, local businessman Jack Hogan is suing his own company Jack Hogan Inc. Judge Porter has never seen someone actually suing themselves, but after hearing Mr. Hogan's testimony he realizes that the accident has caused damage to Mr. Hogan's health and therefore needs his insurance company to approve his claim for worker's compensation.

Mango Park Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire Jill Murphy is suing her next door neighbor, claiming she has caused severe damage to her property. The Defendant, Miss Sargento, denies these claims and is counter suing for $50,000 and also seeking a restraining order against the Plaintiff. During their testimony, Judge Porter realizes that this entire situation should have and could have been avoided and neither of these women should be taking their grievances to his courtroom. But instead of admonishing them, he imparts some wisdom and gives them both a very important life lesson.

Wealthy socialite Stephanie McKenzie is suing the Mango Park Police Department claiming she is being targeted by one of their officers. Unfortunately for Mrs. McKenzie, her less than stellar reputation precedes her as Judge Porter is not impressed with the testimony she provides. Then after he dismisses the case, Mrs. McKenzie has an emotional outburst in court landing her back in jail.

Social media influencer Bianca Fernandez finds herself back in Mango Park District Court in front of the honorable Judge James Porter. This time Miss Fernandez is suing local soul food establishment Aunt Edy's for breach of contract. She claims during a recent appearance, the restaurant did not live up to their end of the bargain. Restaurant owner Edith Sampson vehemently disagrees, claiming Miss Fernandez caused a scene and then bad mouthed her place on social media. Now Judge Porter must now decide if any laws were broken and who needs to learn a valuable lesson about the truth.
