A delight

This show is just a delight. The writing, the acting, the HAIR CURLERS! If you have ever spent time in a booth talking to yourself this is for you. If you have ever wondered what it was like to sit in a booth and talk to yourself, this is for you. Heck if you have ever listened to an audio book, this is for you! Go on. Watch it. You're gonna love it.

Lovely

In a cinematic world of post-apocalyptic, death spiral, blood porn, I'm relieved that there's still room for a lovely, smart movie like "Confessions..." There's heart and humor in this original story and i feel that these are filmmakers to watch as they are just beginning to hit their stride. Their work deserves a wider audience.

Marvelous!

This was utterly charming! In an era where internet content has become clogged with so much disposable garbage and AI slop, it's so refreshing to watch something truly witty and sweet and genuine. There's a clear passion here, both in the writing and the performances. Plus, there is such chemistry between the characters! They play really well off of each other.

Doris Day Reincarnated

The main character April Grace Lowe reminds me of the delightful and comedic actress Doris Day. She brings a smile to your face in every scene. The idea that a romance novel narrator could be the next super hero is unexpected. Fresh and full of surprises one identifies with her struggles and triumphs. Her neighbor makes a great foil. Highly recommended.

What would have seemed like a niche topic a few years ago, Confessions is a workplace comedy that feels incredibly relatable post Covid. The isolated characters navigating remote work from home is such a familiar feeling to us an all, and the added layer of the inherent absurdity of their work makes for delightful journey into their world. The incredibly endearing cast brings it all together .
