The way the main dude puts in mad effort to help the girl outta her trauma? Legit fire, no cap. And that big twist at the end when we're like, "Ghosts aren't real... right?" Boom, mind blown. But hey, I ain't tryna spoil it for y'all. If you want something fresh, go peep it. It's hella gripping. It's not even about having a groundbreaking plot; it's how everything's executed that slaps........ filling this space to hit that character minimum too. Because gotta follow the rules and all. Otherwise, I'd keep it short, but yeah-top-tier presentation and everything's on point.

When it comes to ghosts and romance, I usually stay away. It can devolve into schlocky tropes and predictably. However, this movie was an absolute refreshing change of pace that I absolutely loved. There's an intricate story about dealing with trauma at the heart of the film, and the plot goes in numerous unexpected directions. It's cinematically gorgeous, the apartment set reminding me of a well done haunted house. Also the cast gives excellent performances all around, making you really connect with the characters and their experience. My only criticism is that the intricacy of the plot may be a little clearer on a second viewing. Overall, I really highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a ghost story that's not going to end where you think it will. Fantastic!

2 stars for the cinematography being really good in some scenes, and some decent acting and music.

The first half was very promising, fun, and mysterious. The characters were likable and there is suspense mounting. And then a terrible twist happened around 15 mins after the intermission and the movie falls apart. Every decision here on after is terrible, and the mystery becomes convoluted and confusing, so you can't even enjoy that. (If you want to watch the movie just to see the twist, it's really not worth it, just a disservice to all the characters, really bad).

In an effort to prevent spoilers, I'm keeping this vague (though I don't recommend you watch this movie): I hate the main characters, they're so dislikable, except one, but they get extremely screwed over and half zero closure and no good ending, so, yay.

Ultimately, this film is a major disappointment, an ill-conceived blend of clichés and nonsensical elements. Save your time and avoid this cinematic disaster. There are far better ways to spend two hours.
