Deha started with a captivating, electrifying and emotional start especially in the first 2 episodes. The talented cast was introduced with good pace, music exhilarating and series had some great twists and turns. Then from episode 3 onwards, the revenge plot gets slightly muddled, more people introduced to the series, direction of the series gets fumbled, promising casts not fully utilized. Focus on characters gets diversified and I was getting agitated and fast forwarding a fair bit so much so that continuing watching the series was becoming an ordeal despite my interest in both ML and Fl. I think I'll stop watching for awhile and come back to this series if I hear better news from the reviews because currently it's not an enjoyable watch for me.

They used really talented actors being able to express emotions in a different way. I have to admit that some scenes are superficial and covered too fast but this is exactly what I like. The episodes and plot are complicated enough so that I can think about it. At the same time, I am not bored which is a miracle because normally I am bored pretty fast. If you are searching for mistakes related to the plot you will find these. However, my expectation is to focus on a striking and exciting episode after a boring day which is met. I watched 9 episodes and will definitely continue since I could rarely find compelling series.
A person who is a genius in one area but below normal in others is typically called a savant; this phenomenon is referred to as "savant syndrome" where someone displays exceptional ability in a specific domain despite significant intellectual impairments in other areas.
Often these people withdraw from the humiliation they face, for being unable to do things others do with ease.
I'm trying to decide if the writers are going to thread the needle, in a way thats fair in depicting both the assets and liabilities of the "Genius."
So far the acttors and directing are just ok. For me, the show will rise or fail on the writers. Remember big bang theory? Similar in that, at first, you watched because of the humor. Over time some of the characters became more interesting. Except Sheldon, who remained annoying.

It is strange to make the main role such a stupid week character the writer is confused between the main role and they are using same senario in other turkish series nothing new the series is below the average. The start of the series was very good but it is getting worse and worse and it is so easy to expict the senario as I am sure the next step they will make the genius think that the crow is the one who killed his brother also the sofy charachter must be more dark with stone heart but they also make it so week this series needs to be more powerful and the charachters needs to be cruel not soft hearted.

I'm on episode 27, but when I saw it was cancelled after 31 episodes, I was... PERPLEXED! The word "shock" is too weak to express my surprise.
First of all, the rating is 7.0 by over 2,400 users!!! Hey, over 2,400 people! While some stupid serious, like "Siyah Kalp" - the best example (which has rating 5.8 by ONLY 633 users) still continues, WHY? Who even watched it? And it's soooo stupid, with so many weaknesses in plotline, with repeating the same phrases over and over again, I mean really...?
"Deha" is of such high quality that is so rarely seen. It deals with family relationships, with crime, with love relationships, with so many different things and it develops every story soooo deeply. It shows PAIN that you can't not feel at the same time with the characters. It shows how people deal with betrayal in so many different ways. And the cutest thing of all... Imre and Devran... Their love, so strong, BUT they don't even talk about it, because it's NOT necessary, they show it with their deeds!!!
Plus, there are so many talented characters in one place with Devran being the best one, definitely. I mean, WHAT reason on Earth did they have to cancel this TV series?! I'll never forget them, losers and idiots!

Deha is a very good series. The soundtrack, the actors and even some of the quotes/lines are very good. We want to see Devran defeat Iskender. We want the revenge. We want more scenes of Devran and Imre, all kind of scenes; when they fight and when they are in love. The dialogues between Devran and Imre are so well written. Their scenes are the best. Already from episode 5, when Imre came to Istanbul and saw Devran for the first time, right there the series started to get better. I wish the series will continue to another season and that we will see a happy ending because Imre deserves to be happy🖤
I don't know how I ended up watching the show starting with it's Episode 1 and binge-watched the whole thing over the course of 10 days, but I am really glad that I chose a really good dizi, An unique take among so many dizis in Turkish Diziland.
Having watched few turkish dizis in the past, I thought Deha was the result of some original, genuine and complex storytelling definitely in a good way. A journey of mathematical genius who chooses to enter the crime world in the face of adverse circumstances in his life to seek revenge first but is entangled in it - This premise for a dizi is a bold attempt by the makers yet I believe it would set as game-changing example for others.
The plot gets thickened and can get complex and little difficult to understand, as you reach Episode 14/15 but I don't see that as a negative because I would rather the dizi be different, subtle and trust to stand up for what it believes in, than following in the footsteps of most dizis with their corny, over-emotional, garden variety and overused love declaration and family drama scenes.
I saw how Deha has really put in a heartful attempt to tell a story that can demonstrate the intricacies of the world of financial crimes, similar to Netflix's global hit 'Ozark', I perceive this to be mature and edifying step in the world of entertainment and by Turkish productions no less. In the contemporary economy of rising cybercrimes and fraudsters, A Show filled with a goal like this can be seen as means to realize what's happening around us and be responsible citizens of the world.
Finally coming to the aspect of love, Which is what makes a dizi a 'Dizi'. I thought makers did a decent job with characters Imre and Devran, I mean Admit it!! The less frequency of their scenes together in the initial few episodes is what increases the yearning for them, Aras Bulut Iynemli and Melis Sezen are both up and coming performers with lot of potential, Imre and Devran have such an intense chemistry in every scene they are together till now that its intoxicating, its one of a kind combination. I really liked the direction that writers took in writing the scenes of conveying of love between Imre and Devran. It's with subtlety and eye contact that the love is shown and not with overrated confessions and more dialogues, and I sincerely believe that's what makes it so special.
Overall, Yes Deha is not for every dizi viewer, its IQ levels are little above than normal, which I only see as a defining or redeeming quality of the show.

This Turkish Dizi masterfully mixes intense crime drama with a passionate love story. The plot keeps viewers hooked with twists, betrayals, and emotional highs.
The chemistry developed over time between the leads Devran and Imre has added essence to the overall story and kind of became a contributing factor in keeping the plot interesting and exciting in every episode.
All characters in this Dizi participated in their own way in adding depth to the suspenseful narrative. Strong performances, moody cinematography, and a haunting soundtrack enhance the gripping atmosphere. While it leans into familiar tropes, the emotional stakes and tension make it a compelling watch for fans of crime action thrillers with love story that cannot be faded or diminished by other important storylines in the series.
I am telling you every dizi has its flaws, and Deha is no exception. Despite the inconsistencies and few silly transitions, I think Deha is really worth a watch especially if you are looking for dramatic performances, Aras Bulut Iynemli and Melis Sezen have proven to be successful in that area with this show.

Deha tries hard to present itself as a high-stakes drama with intellectual flair, but ultimately it falls short-and one of the biggest issues is the painfully underwhelming performance from the female lead.
For a show that revolves around intelligence, mystery, and emotional tension, the female character needed to be sharp, layered, and commanding. Instead, what we got was a performance so flat and unconvincing that it consistently broke the immersion of the story. Whether the scenes called for intensity, subtle emotion, or chemistry with the co-stars, she just didn't bring the energy or depth the role required.
There was a clear lack of emotional range. Expressions felt forced, delivery was robotic, and in key moments-where the entire plot hinged on her reactions-she simply couldn't rise to the occasion. It often felt like she was reading lines, not living them. In a show where every move, every word is supposed to matter, her lack of presence stood out in the worst way.
The series itself suffers from pacing issues, a convoluted plot, and writing that tries to be clever without backing it up with meaningful character development. And when your lead actress isn't able to hold the emotional center of the show, the cracks become even more obvious.
Turkey has a wealth of incredibly talented actresses who can carry complex roles-this just wasn't one of them. Deha had potential, but it's hard to take a series seriously when its most central performance feels like it's just going through the motions.

I really liked the series Deha. Aras Bulut has shown a very good acting. We are looking forward to the next episodes. The fact that the Deha series is an original production is also nice. I hope it doesn't last more than one season and we can continue to watch this series for a few more seasons. Of course, there are some bad aspects of the series. One of them is that the same thing is said over and over again so that everyone understands. There was a very toxic substance in one episode and this word was used too much. I don't think there is any need to show it so much. Yes, I understand that they want everyone to understand, but it shouldn't be shown so much.

This series is an absolute masterpiece. The storyline is gripping, the acting is powerful, and the emotions feel so real. Every episode pulls you in deeper, and the attention to detail is simply incredible. It's one of those shows that stays with you long after the final scene. The characters are well-developed and relatable, and the way their stories unfold keeps you emotionally invested. The soundtrack complements each scene perfectly, and the pacing never feels rushed. I truly enjoyed every moment, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a show that blends heart, drama, and brilliance in every way.

I missed such mysterious, specific acting as in Cukur,we touched it again, congratulations. Fingers crossed for awards.
The first episode takes your breath, and you looking forward to the next one.
This is what is sought to make you stay until the end of this whole adventure. It is very difficult to achieve.
It would be great if there was a second season, an extra mysterious action is always a plus, the fans of this genre would certainly be very happy.
I watched the series with English subs and I want to say that sometimes you don't need scripts to understand.
Fab acting as I said congrats.
YK.

Hello
.We love this series and we follow it with love every time. We can't get enough of this series. You shouldn't end it because it's a great injustice to the fans. We liked it every time, commented and were active on Twitter. Even though we are not from Turkey, we followed the series online. We want the series to continue, so we don't want it to end. Please pay attention to our request. We've gotten used to the series and it's hard to let go. Please don't let us be deprived of watching our favorite series. If you give us the chance, we will continue to support you. Stop it from ending or if it is going to end, increase the number of episodes a bit so we can see more of our favorite couple's scenes. #imdev #deha.
