Pink Elephant

This is so fun! I don't usually review stuff on IMDb, but my friend sent me this short and it brightened my day. I'm stuck inside and I miss meeting people in person and this has the kind of meet-cute scenario that I like to see in stories.

I dunno what that negative review is talking about. Seems rather like a personal attack, weirdly. Anyway, Pink Elephant was fantastic. Saw it in an ad on facebook. I watched it alone, but I said "awww!" out loud at the end. It was impressive, to say the least. We need more art like this these days. Sent it to my parents, and they agree. Sent it to some friends, and they loved it, too! It's an easily likable project. Keep 'em coming!

Clearly a low budget short, but that's okay! Has a lot of heart and actually made me tear up a little bit at the end. Cute concept executed well for the most part!

I tried to review this, but it's not showing up! Anyway, here was the gist: Wait, how am I just now seeing this? It came up on a facebook ad, and I was pleasantly surprised by the deft handling of the subject matter. Certainly could have looked worse, and the writing was impressive. The ending was so charming, so I sent it around, and my friends and family loved it as well. I want to see more from this creator! He knows his way around a script and around a camera. Also, the 1 star reviews seem very weirdly personal, which comes off as an unreliable critique.
