Legend of the Forest

The Good.

Making a feature is a big achievement.

So anyone who can make it happen should get a medal.

This was clearly made on a super low budget.

It's not a bad little film if you don't compare it to Hollywood budget movies.

The pacing is pretty good, as is the score.

Written with budget in mind I suspect the cast is small as is the scope of the story.

But who doesn't love a good Squatch movie?

The bad.

Some sketchy dialogue and acting in places.

The story is easy to understand.

The Ugly.

Few colour grade faux pas.

Limited camera angles and shots due to director operating camera I'd suspect.

A few sub optimal sound clips on dialogue.

The cinematography picked up half way through owing to director having more time as I suspect it was filmed chronilogically.
