Terror Tuesday: Extreme

I love the whole Twilight Zone feel of this series. It's like an updated Asian version. I thought it was excellent and hope they have a season 2. Some episodes left us confused, but that's the beauty of horror writing...it makes you think. I have to add that the episode where she threw the man's "member" at the evil mother had me surprised and laughing so hard. A little levity during the turmoil...brilliant. I really enjoyed the whole series and am already searching online to see if there will be more. Unfortunately, I don't think there are enough people who like it like my husband and I do, but I'm hoping.

These are really good. I'm not sure why they're not more well known. They don't have a lot of votes on here. Without spoiling anything some of the twists you won't see coming and a couple of them make the episodes better. There's a couple of slow episodes here but I'd say they're all worth watching. I wouldn't watch them dubbed so maybe that's why people are giving it a low rating. I'd say watch the first couple as they are the better episodes and if you don't like them you'll know this is not for you. Really hope more people see it so we get a second series and I'll be checking out some of these directors. If you're looking for good stories with some decent scares then give it a try!

I've two left to watch, and so far all have done a really good job at creating some ominous sense of dread. I would recommend for a dark night with the curtains drawn.

Visually and stylistically they all look great too and the use of sound is spot on. (Both when and when it is not used)

Not sure why such low scores on here, a couple of episodes could be confusing for some but 1 star?! Really?

Six hundred characters for a review seems a little unnecessary unless you want to reveal more than you should. These are horror stories and the unknown is what makes them special when watching. Need a few more characters for this review to submit.

Thai horror movie used to be the best such as shutter, laddaland or even comedy horror peenak phrakanong but this movie is so purely suck, Waste of time and energy to watch. The director tends to do every episode to be like plot-twisted but it's not that good. The movie line is so confused and unreasonable . The actors are so solid and acting like reading script. Many episode is worse even I cant see it anymore such as the running grandmother so confused and unreasonable with the worse plot-twisted wannabe. So sad for Thai horror movie which used to be the best in the world.

All in all, I intend to praise the determination of the director and all actors and actress. I wish I could see the better in the future series.

Watched this last night on Netflix.

Okay I am not going to go through every episode but I will go through a few things that I noticed with the series as a whole.

Firstly the series is not scary at all and I was shocked as I have seen some good if not excellent Asian horror movies.

So I was slightly disappointed with this aspect as a whole.

Secondly the stories were okay and were well told.

Is this series worth a watch? Definitely, whilst it's not scary it's worth a watch if you like Asian horror movies or series.

Would i watch a second series, I don't know as I did like it but it was nothing special.
