I was myself a dedicated bodybuilder in the eighties and I was deeply involved in bodybuilding history, buying from America all the Muscle Builder and Flex magazines to give me inspiration. I was training three hours per day in the gym, so useless to say that semi documentary film about Robbie Robinson interested me. It is stunning for anyone himself dedicated in this sport, Robby speaks of himself, his childhood, his forever griefs, but also about his training, food, diets, his philosophy of training. It is such a shame that there was not more stuff like this one concerning other bodybuilders. But on you tube, you have tons of links connected to bodybuilding, tons of videos, behind the scene informations. However, this movie brings you something very authentic, gripping. Robby Robinson was really a great bodybuilder, and not a steroid user as so many of other athletes.
