Away from originality and away from reality. It is way too absurd and on the edge. That makes you thing like who are those people in real life? Do they really exist? Cant tell what kind of movie it is; Its not romantic neither funny. Very basic content. Pushed myself to watch it at least the half of the movie but unfortunately couldn't stand it. Although I like the screen and scenario writer, She is a very smart and funny lady. Love her works on youtube and radio stations. But I must say something is off with her scenario writing skills. I am really sad to see when the movies don't value their audiences.

A romantic comedy film with an original plot. A young woman of 30 who graduated from journalism school with honors. She has difficulty finding her way and reaching fulfillment. She dreams of being a great journalist. After a long job search, she received a job offer from Öz Dünya newspaper. She is disappointed because she wrote a section about horoscopes, she will have a fun, adventurous journey, meet love, and give us very enjoyable moments thanks to her cheerful and lively character. She tries to find a certain balance, realize herself, and progress. A film with a great cast that forms a very friendly team, makes us laugh, love, and learn astrology.

There are many things that made this film enjoyable. The lead actress, Sinem Kobal (Elif), was lighthearted and colorful and seemed like a truly fun person to be with. Alp Navruz is always a pleasure to watch. He is just dreamy and played a character that is serious but has a playful side wishing to get out. Without this actor, the movie would have lost it's pizzazz.

I also liked the storyline, which offered a few interesting turns and maybe even a few life lessons along the way (like to not give up on your dreams).

The music and location were wonderful. Turkiye was looking amazing!

Sure there were some things that I didn't love. I am not a fan of getting drunk, so that was a turnoff. And perhaps there were a few clichés but they were not bad enough to keep you from seeing the movie. It is a Romance Comedy after all.

Her Seyin Basi Merkur is a delightful film that I truly enjoyed.
