Nejat Isler did a great job and the rest of the cast was also excellent.

The Movie tells the story of Turkey during the War of Independence. It also tells the story of the founding of Fenerbahce Football Club and his victory in a match against English Invaders.

It's a movie about hope, football and love. Everything that gave people strength to live in very difficult times of the war.

Fenerbahce Istanbul is one of the biggest clubs in Turkey, probably the biggest. I see excessively bad comments here that are from the fam of Fenerbahce's biggest rivals. This has nothing to do with the quality of the film, it's just hatred between fans, as is often the case in football.

It's a great movie. The stance of the Turkish nation against the occupation, the spirit of resistance and the moral support given by Fenerbahçe to this spirit are marvelously portrayed. It is impossible for any patriot to leave the movie, where the acting performances reach their peak, without tears in their eyes. Fenerbahçe Sports Club is as committed to the principles of its founding philosophy today as it was then. As a Galatasaray supporter, I was proud of the glorious Fenerbahçe. Especially when the club I supported took a stand in favor of the occupation forces during the occupation period and made propaganda against Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the nobility of Fenerbahçe, the people's team, made me think.
