This show is somewhat similar to U. S. based show "The American Pickers", except that the items they collect are being sold at an auction at the end of the each week they have been collecting.
The show describes and films the life of the auctioneer and owners of the auction rooms of Palsanmäki in Finland (Huutokaupat Palsanmäki in Finnish), as they do their work and drive trough Finnish countryside and city areas to pick special, collectible items to the auctions, to be sold to highest bidder. Often they visit celebrities who want to sell their extra items. They also have a helping hand, Markku, who is said to be the real life Mr. MacGyver, who is able to fix almost anything that is broke or turn it in to specially tuned and fixed collectible item by him. Often he has used recycled materials that would otherwise go to waste.
All in all, this is nice show to watch, if you like similar shows displaying antique items and (somewhat old or newer) design. The show is in Finnish only.
