Bang

Bang is an undemanding, no frills action flick that easily kills 90 minutes.

Filled with familiar faces, the pic doesn't reinvent the wheel but it's well performed and executed.

Jack Kesy is a pleasing action anti hero.

Peter Weller chews scenery as the big heavy who likes to curse and yell at people in Italian.

We as an audience, have seen this kind of flick before but it's still fun and bloody and it's brisk runtime makes sure it doesn't wear out it's welcome.

The flick would have been right at home in the 80s and 90 as. As it stands, it's a low budget John Wick/Jason Statham wannabe but that's fine in my books. I got everything I wanted and was entertained and I wasn't bored once.

BANG is fun. Check it out.

As the saying goes one would say - so no pun intended. There may have been way more charismatic leads - but no shade on the main actor from this one. Also having Robocop in the movie always elevates everything.

I reckon early on your moral compass may feel weird - or you may not be entirely sure where this may be heading. But soon enough you'll be able to guess what is what. How realistic is the thing that happens to the main character that he survives and lives through early on? Well ... probably not so much ... so a lot of suspension of disbelief is needed is what I am trying to say ... be aware ... and beware! Things are not always what they seem like either ...
