I looked at the community and found that this animation, which is almost the happiest one I have watched recently, has polarized reviews?

First of all, I think everyone can see that this animation has super-sexy characters and is well-made

The polarization of reviews is mainly due to the love factor

When I watched it, I didn't actually watch this animation as a love animation. If I just watched it as a pure comedy animation, I would think that this animation is really exciting and I laughed the whole time. I think all the settings of this animation are for the purpose of being funny.

However, most of the negative reviews have increased the love factor of this animation. I think this is a bit undesirable for a surreal animation. In my eyes, the essence of this animation is a pure comedy

Here I have to mention Sato Kazuma from the next studio. Sato Kazuma also has a harem, although it is three idiots. Sato Kazuma is evil, stealing panties, sexually harassing, surrendering to the demon army... It is too numerous to mention... Sato Kazuma is very popular and no one criticizes him. This is because his funny factor is greater than his other factors. And both are the kind of comedy that gives up the brain. In fact, there is really no need to be serious about this, right?

If it is a real-life focus on love, or a focused animation, I think the concept of love is indeed a very important issue that cannot be avoided. But for such a high-quality animation, I think it is probably better to abandon some concepts, so that it will be very comfortable to watch. At least I let it go when I watched it.

I watched this anime because Kanojo, Okarishimasu (2020) Season 3 had just ended, and I was craving more harem tales. I began watching shows with the keyword "girlfriend" in them and found Kanojo mo Kanojo (2021) (also equally funny from its second season) and this.

Genre: Instead of being a pure romantic drama like the former or a silly sitcom like the latter, 100 Girlfriends is more of a mix between the two, with a touch of parodies of the kind we usually witness in South Park (1997).

Biggest Strength: Each episode is fresh and unique, thus putting an end to any presumptions you may have about "harem anime being so old-school and repetitive."

Gimmicks: A new take or gimmick is the only thing making me like a romance-comedy. While Kaguya-sama wa kokurasetai ~ Tensai tachi no ren'ai zunô sen ~ (2019) had the "battle of wits" (Death Note (2006) too), this one actually does not rely on singular style but brings new ones in every episode. By the 6th episode, you will be laughing at a never-before-seen "kissing zombies' attack" as all of the lead guy's four girlfriends get drugged and chase him for endless kissing. Additionally, there're some fourth wall breaks, some mind games, and a brilliant plan to have a first kiss with two girls at once.

SO, PLEASE GIVE IT A WATCH. This show needs more viewers.

I like a vast variety of anime, from the wonderful adorable nature of Slice of Life to the Ultra Violence in many Seinen, but one of the genres that I am unequivocally a major fan of is the Harem Comedy anime and on hearing the name "the 100 who really really really love you" I was expecting the waifu wars of the 2020s with this series.

But no, 5 episodes in and 4 of the 5 girls for this series have been revealed and I cannot pick between them, each is indefinably adorable in each of their own ways, quirks and cuteness in their own adorable way and each of them is the Best Girl of the show.

The comedy of the series is the usual fare for a Harem Comedy and it's a nice relaxing one with cute boy/girl moments, each of the main cast are perfect tropes of cuteness in this genre and - again - they're all freaking adorable and I cannot pick between them, they're all worth it.

If you're wavering on whether or not to try it and you're a fan of the harem romance series, go for it, you'll be definitely surprised by the stuff going on.

100 girlfriends is chaotic fun to the ultimate extreme, it will find the weirdest plots and just do it. It's one of the funniest romance comedies, I have seen because it just goes all out, all the time.

And anime reference out of the a**, it's out of control.

It also looks good and and have really fun and energetic animation, very nice character design that looks very distinct between each woman so far. It also given every trope of women that you can think about. It's done so fun.

Such an Earnest lovely show with not a cynical bone in it body. It is just wholesome fun Love anime, would recommend.

Its an beatifull anime with many good moments bad moments and funny moments that i personaly mean it's the best anime i never saw. Its an new anime too and i did never see an anime like this i think it's the only one i saw like this one and for me it's perfect bc i like romance and adventures and yh i recommend it very much it's pretty cool to watch alone ore with others and yh like i said i really high recommend it for PPL who like like the good anime quality and too it's pretty new so new episodes should come out so if u gotta wait a bit it's totaly worth it bc it's an super anime so creative and good animated yh well.

This anime is heaven for Rom-com Anime lover like me there are many beautiful and cute girls who really love our Main character many of them have cute reactions for our main character. Every one should try thisAnime .In future we shall see more cute and beautiful girls characters and I am excited for it. The character design of this Anime is extremely good. I am literally involved in this anime series. I really want to share this anime series to all people. Rom-com Anime lover should really try this Anime. I really want more seasons and episodes. The story line is also awesome. And last I want many people to watch it and enjoy it.

They really didn't adapt my favorite chapter ever, Chapter 37??? It was peak fiction, I waited 1479 days for this episode, for them to animate my GOAT Rentarou Aijou talking about how much he loved his girlfriends, they didn't animate it and skipped it entirely, yes, it might be hard to animate and long to voice act but it really disappointed me and probably also the entire fanbase, I loved Chapter 37 and especially that panel, everyone was waiting for it, anticipating it, just to be disappointed? Especially me, I've been waiting for it since the DAY that exact chapter dropped, please animate.

100 Girlfriends is probably the most fun insane show I've ever watched. And even after the anime ended I blasted through the fricking entire manga and when I was on Girlfriend 26 I realized that the madlads were actually serious about making 100 Girlfriends and going so far to even give them their own solo chapters and make every girlfriend stand out to the point where you can even recognize them from afar. I really really REALLY REALLY REALLY love this anime and manga I love you Nozawa-sensei for blessing us with such a good show like this I am honestly so grateful right now. Anyways that's all my interview I only put the end part because I need 600 words to post this review.

It's one of the best anime I've ever watched because I died laughing while watching it, the love scenes were so beautiful, I loved how you valued each person so much, Rentaro, you're amazing. I'm looking forward to season 2. I wonder what kind of characters await us? I hope it will be published soon. I wish I could see how popular anime is in my own country. Anime is not watched much in the country I live in. Some anime are different every season, like Sword Art Online. I hope this anime continues without spoiling itself too much. I really like that it continues to make you laugh and entertain.

After reading several reviews of this anime, I have realized that there is a very important confusion about the work.

Most people say that it is a "Harem" anime, even that it is the pinnacle of that genre. Now, although it is true that it technically meets the characteristics to be in that genre (a boy and many girls in love with him), the reality is that this work is different.

The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You is actually an anime that talks about "Polyamory." I don't know if it is the first anime to do it in a serious way (there are so many animes that it is impossible to see them all), but it must be one of the first, and it does it very well.

We are not facing a protagonist who "likes all of them", but one who, in addition to loving them, also all of them, are "the love of his life."

An additional fact, and not easily seen, is that the rest of the girls join this love and all love this polyamorous family. It is true that in other anime like The Testament of Sister New Devil even all the girls marry the protagonist. But it is different.

The key point is that in most harem anime, there is a competition between the girls, because, deep down, they all want to be the only one.

This does not happen here. Here all the girls are comfortable with the protagonist, not only do they like other women, but they also love them as much as they do. In fact, they promote this action by calling it "a family." This great difference is something incredibly original and that gives the plot a spirit of rebellion, morbidity and pleasure rarely seen in any anime of any genre.

Dear reader, when you see this anime (because I recommend it), you will realize that I am right.

Finally, there is another aspect to clarify, and that is the irreverent and spicy comedy. It is an ecchi anime where it is not only about showing fan service (which is not excessive, but very rewarding for those of us who love the genre), but also entering into erotic and spicy situations so sensual and intelligent that you will not know whether to laugh or not.

As a negative point, and even understanding that this work was made to be an eternal manga and a 2-season anime, I must say that 100 girlfriends is too much.

It is simply imperative for any narrative and plot. It is unsustainable. It would be better to dedicate yourself to exploiting polyamory with a more reasonable number (for example, 10). The feeling is that there are so many, that sooner or later the connection between the girls will be lost and the magic that makes this work beautiful will end.

THE GOOD. An original work, really original that talks about polyamory in an intelligent and funny way.

THE BAD. It's okay to want to eat the world, but 100? That's a bad joke.

SPEECHLESS. That's how the spicy moments will leave you. They reach the limit!

Although there is lot of romantic scenes the characteristics of the gf and how funny they are with the narrator to top it off is amazing the realism hits too hard and is too funny especially that always angry one it's a amazing anime and I can't wait to watch more but looks like it will be season 20 by the time 100 gf show up haha but well worth watching. The way it's made is good more realistic but composed not like some pervert or idiot who doesn't know love it's perfectly balanced as well as showing all the different characteristics of the girlfriend and their own type although I wish the creator good luck with his ideas and hope the anime goes great want to see more great content like this made me happy watching this.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease that shrinks your frontal lobe and hinders your brain functions. That all changes when my great friend Ilya P. And I started watching this show. Not only has my brain grown 6x in size, I am able to peer into the future and open a domain expansion. To be truthful, this show changed my life for the better. I was bullied and pantsed in the gym locker room all the time for being weird, but after feasting my eyes on this show, it's like I'm a different person! Girls look at me now, my parents say they love me, and best of all I'm tall! This show changed my life, please give it a chance.

Over the past years, I have seen and experienced many different phenomenal shows, Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer, One piece, Black Clover, all amazing Anime's, but this show, its different, this show is genuinely such an amazing piece of work, one could even describe it as pure art, this show has absolutely zero flaws, calling this show a 10/10 is fully in every regard an understatement, you have not lived until you have seen The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love you. I am genuinely content with my life and existence and after experiencing this show. Absolute Peak.
