Onur Karasu and his department has been after a diamond smuggler, Civan Koral. Onur uses Civan's sister Hilal to get into his home, pretending that he is in love with her, and proposes. Ece, Hilal's friend and Onur meet but there is tension, suspicion, and attraction between them. Onur intended to use the engagement party as a cover to steal incriminating paperwork from Civan's safe and arrest him. His plan is sidetracked when Onur catches a burglar also trying to break into Civan's safe.

Onur caught Ece as she was breaking into the the safe he wanted to break into. To keep from going to jail, she cooperates to try to catch Civan. Ece realizes that she is a mystery criminal under investigation. Things do not go as planned.

After saving Ece from a near-death experience, Onur makes another plan to catch the enemy with Ece being the catalyst to the success of the mission. His infamous plan further connects him with Ece as they become closer in order to escape.

Ece, Onur and the team work to recover the missing necklace. Onur helps Ece with DNA testing to find her lost sister. Ece tries to learn more about Civan as she goes to dinner with him.

The president of the secret service approves Ece to train and be tested to join the group of agents. Hilal works behind her brother's back to work with a gun smuggler. Ece anxiously awaits DNA results.

Hilal suspects Ece and Onur; hires a detective. Civan reluctantly deals with Hazar in order to pay off his debts. Hazar cancels deal with Hilal. Onur tells Ece that she is interfering with his concentration. Mission begins to catch Civan.

Although Onur was in the middle of the operation, he was overcome by his emotions for a moment and responded to Ece's kiss, but he quickly regained his senses. They seize the weapons and even obtain evidence to catch Civan.

Onur has found Ece at the same place where he arrested Hazar, where she was kidnapped. He goes crazy. He takes Ece first to his own house and asks her to tell him everything. Ece confesses that she grew up under Hazar's control and kept it hidden from Onur... She admits everything. Onur loses his faith and trust in Ece... He handcuffs her and takes her to the organization. President Firuz sends Ece to prison, and he fires Onur from his job... His profession means everything to Onur. Ece can't forgive herself for what she caused.

Ece's near-death experience in the cold storage brings Onur and Ece closer again. Ece wants to find Hazar at all costs and make up for her mistake. Ece puts herself in danger again. Ece being taken hostage by Hazar becomes a moment of enlightenment for Onur. He loves Ece more than anyone and anything in his life. He is now ready to overcome all obstacles to claim his love.
