This here is one of three featurettes that can be found on Mondo Macabro's LORNA THE EXORCIST release and it's the second with author Stephen Thrower. This one here takes a more detailed look at the making of the 1974 Jess Franco film, which featured Pamela Stanford and Lina Romay. Thrower gives a pretty good description of the storyline before going into more details about where the film was shot and he also discusses some of the performances as well as some of the more shocking moments in the film including the infamous crabs scene. Fans of the film should enjoy this 13-minute featurette, although at the same time one wishes more detail was given. Nothing about the various cuts of the film is discussed nor do we get any stories about the film's original release. I think the production of this featurette as well as the other Thrower one is rather lacking and it's too bad because the author clearly knows his stuff. Still, fans of the movie will still enjoy hearing Thrower's thoughts on this film so for them this is still worth watching.
