It is the work of Tomohisa Yamashita, a wonderful Japanese artist. It's a beautiful movie about the miraculous love story of Shinji and Hibiki. No matter how many times I see it, I am moved. Please see it. Tomohisa Yamashita is an actor, singer and idol in Japan. The theme song is also sung by Tomohisa Yamashita. He's a great artist The theme song "I See You" is perfect for this movie I think everyone will be moved by this movie and its music You won't be disappointed after watching this movie I recommend this movie to anyone Of course the two lead actors are wonderful, but the people around them who help Shinji and Hibiki are also wonderful. Everyone, please watch this movie and feel the miracle of love.
Highly recommended, I love Tomohisa Yamashita, and I loved the female lead this is my first time seeing her. The music, background, story telling, emotions and tears mixed with laughter. I really enjoyed watching the film and feeling different type of emotions that convey what a person that might have they life turn upside down, and putting my self in their shoes In this case for both leads.
Fantastic performance from the cast and the background music I know Tomohisa Yamashita sang in it.
Beautiful story, heart warming and him writing it with his hands was so special and if something hurts just smile.

'If it hurts, smile" that sentence could explain all the story. This is a motivational film that shows we can go ahead no matter how overwhelming life can be, if you find the right person to support you. It's about love and I like a lot they tell it's about love not pity. I'm a big fan of Tomohisa Yamashita and he did and amazing performance here but the rest of the cast is fantastic too! The story is so well told... with sensitivity but not sentimentality as many other films that show people with some handicaps... but who doesn't have some kind of handicap? Just a beautiful motivational love story.
When rarely bestowed upon us - is our lifes calling - our passion for what we do ripples across reality and touches those we know Not! This film is a twist of connection that brings two people together in the usual unlikeliest of fates.
When the hard hand of fate gets involved with human affairs, it is usually with the face of doom or tragedy. However sometimes as in this story, when low cannot get any lower for Tomohisa Yamashita's brilliant portrayal of Shinji - sometimes an angel of light is actually bestowed. And so it is with a bright and luminescent deaf mute by the name of Hibiki played with inspirational sweetness by Yûko Araki!!
His manga lifts her up and inspires her as he falls and spirals into the darkest of darks. When his inspiring manga halts unexpectedly Hibiki will not be deterred from finding him and knowing why. When she grabs him it turns out its with the intent to never ever let go.
Through all their trials and all the obstacles in life the tenuous connection that deepens between them uplifts everyone that sees it. But theirs is not to be an ending so happy or complete as one would expect. It is rife with pain and loss and sacrifice that seems the only way to honor the blessing of this redemption until right at the end life interferes!
Such a wonderful film like this is and its ability to bring you into it so deeply is the gift from this director and its cast. So well done is the drama that the ending is like a dream that hardly seems like it could be real and perhaps that is its only perceptible flaw of this wonderful journey.

See Hear Love isn't just a romance - it's an exploration of how love transcends limitations, both physical and emotional. This heartfelt film follows the story of a man who becomes blind and deaf, and a woman who dares to love him despite the silence and darkness surrounding them. What unfolds is a deeply emotional, sometimes painful, yet beautifully redemptive journey.
The film shines with raw vulnerability. It doesn't rely on grand gestures or melodrama, but rather on quiet moments of connection - a touch, a smile, a presence felt more than seen. The chemistry between the leads is magnetic, carried by subtle performances and genuine emotion.
What makes See Hear Love special is its message: that love doesn't always need words, sight, or sound - it needs understanding, patience, and courage. Visually stunning and emotionally resonant, it's a film that gently reminds us that true connection goes beyond what we can see or hear.
Watch it when you're ready to feel something real, and be reminded that love - true love - finds a way.
