I honestly prefer the insanity of the original series. But this is a nice idea. I like getting to know the baker's more since it is a weekly elimination format. Everyone has such a wonderful personality. Some of the bakers are way better than the others. So some of the casting is definitely to keep the comic relief and not to win. I love the coaches giving tips. Definitely learning stuff to try out not under the gun of a clock. But with the higher time limit the final products aren't always a complete disaster. Still a mess though. So that's a missing element from the original series. I haven't finished, but so far I haven't belly laughed like I do when watching the original. Plus one star for the prize you get for losing. A really fun way to send people off!

I was excited to see this show, especially after reading Nailed It! Was cancelled. I'm not sure exactly what this is supposed to be, a serious show or like the old show. The show has some comedy aspects thanks to Nicole and some of the guest judges. This show is good for learning tips from the influencer bakers, but you don't get tips from Jacques and he clearly more serious in this show. It is missing the charm and fun of the old show and I'll rewatch the old series a lot more before I'll rewatch this one. I really hope Netflix brings back the old version of the show, it was just a lot more fun.
I absolutely loved it, seeing the bakers improve was truly fulfilling and I loved the new elimination format as it allowed you to get to know the bakers a bit better. The show still provides a consistent amount of laughs and chaos which makes it stand out from other baking shows in my opinion. The bakers displayed great sportsmanship and enthusiasm. I am pleased that Nicole and Jacques continued to judge the show. In addition unlike many shows similar to Nailed it, the bakers each take home something when they're eliminated, which makes you feel better about their elimination. I definitely recommend you watch this show. The producers nailed it!
I love this show if Netflix would do another season Please consider Bring it back I loved this version much more than the original. Jacque and Nicole have a good chemistry. The other two professional bakers (sorry I don't know their names if I move from this screen I will lose this page again) I enjoyed watching them give instructions. So if Netflix would give this another shot it would be great..i don't know why this website requires so many characters to post a viewer review and comments.. This is a little bit much.. Please reconsider the requirement it deters people from posting.. Thank you.

This is a solid show that has just as much energy as the original. But honestly it shouldn't be compared to the original. I love the addition of the lessons at the beginning and the bakers that help are informative and fun themselves. I think this show is a good combination of all the many baking shows in Netflix's catalogue. The set is beautiful and Nicole Byer is as beautiful as ever! I do think she doesn't have enough improve moments which is what makes the original show so charming. And the addition of the leaving baker getting to do a minute pantry grab is a great addition that sets this show apart from all other cooking show competitions. It's a new fun baking show with tons of energy and laughs!
I really wanted to like this new version of the show. I don't hate it but it's just not the same. First I don't care for shows where bakers are eliminated each epidode so that has stopped me from watching many competition shows.
I was so happy that Nailed it, the original version didn't eliminate anyone and had new bakers each episode.
I don't like watching so many people bake at once. Three at a time was perfect.
I also don't care for Nicole and Jacque being hidden away for half the show. I love those two and they were half the reason I watched but now they are barely around. I really hope they go back to the old format or something similar.

This is definitely a spinoff of the original show which is totally fine by me. The contestants are likeable (which is rare... usually they can be annoying/ fame hungry) and I enjoy seeing their progress each episode. It's fun to learn from the coaches and a blast to watch the losers get a free shopping spree with the help of Wes. And as always the highlight is Nicole- how she makes me laugh! One star off because I don't get enough of the judges on this version. I don't know what masochist comes up with these cake ideas, but I'm here for it. I hope this show (any version of them) never go away!

The producers seem to have decided to take what makes the Great British Baking Show series charming and enjoyable - and do the exact opposite whenever possible. Consequently, the show is not entertaining; it's just dumb. The contestants make fools of themselves and the hosts just keep saying stupid things while they watch the contestants try to out-perform each other for who is the most ridiculous - and of course they are all competing for a big payday because it's not really a baking show at all it's a game show pitting needy contestants against one another. This belongs on Nickelodeon - not Netflix.

I absolutely love the show! It's fun and will make you laugh! I was sad when I did not see an eighth season of nailed it, but this Fulfilled my nailed it obsession! I absolutely hope they do another season and that Jacques, Nicole and Wes continue working together! This is a feel good show that will just brighten your day and if you're like me, make you laugh out loud. I love that I can watch it by myself or with my eight-year-old daughter. This is not your normal baking competition and that in my opinion is what makes it so great!!! I look forward to more and more baking shows of this nature but only if Nicole and Jacques are hosting!
