Movie was building up something throughout the first half. And it was paid off well in the end. It's rare to see movies like this in Malayalam though there are many movies out there that take place in forest which everyone calls 'Prakarthi padam'. This doesn't belong to that category. The child actors did their part very well. Dileesh pothan belongs to this movie can't say anything more. We cannot say any of them is a lead character in this flick cause all of them had an important part to play. Climax was breathtaking . Well the climax really reminded me of the movie Automn Blood which was released in 2013. Yet both are completely different type of movie. At the same time I am sad that not many people were in the theatre. I tried to watch it on Friday night but the show was cancelled. Then i watched yesterday night. Iam afraid why there aren't many audience. Is it lack of promotion or something else.

O. Baby filled with different genres of life, family drama crime thriller action adventure romance mystery... Etc .. only negative thing I felt after watching this movie was I missed a quality screen and theatre. It's worth a Big screen watch. Unfortunately in Ernakulam we don't have a deserving screen. The story of O. Baby very much associated with nature , " mannum pennum ". Beautifully crafted sequences with well written dialogues and emotions. This time I felt that with the support of crew Mr Renjan Pramod got what he wanted which he missed in Photographer(2006) . A big salute to Renjan Pramod for the feel and experience. Waiting for ur next craft. Thank you.

The filmmaker's ability to capture the serene beauty and mysterious depth of the forest truly enhanced the storytelling. The visuals were breathtaking, making the forest almost a character in itself. This attention to detail in the direction added a rich, immersive layer to the film.

One of the best acting performances from Dileesh Pothan. His portrayal was incredibly nuanced and compelling, making his character both believable and deeply engaging.

Saw this movie yesterday on ott.i think this movie is much underrated. Actually this movie is better than some big budget superstar movies. First of all,the name of the movie o.baby doesn't suit here eventhough the name of main character is baby.the movie is shot in high range area like Idukki,which give us a clear picture of scenic beauty as well as the life of people in such highrange areas .the story of the movie is good and wellsaid.most of the actors(not all) have given natural acting which added some flavour to the movie. The comedy song at the end of the movie didn't seem appealing for the situation. Overall, the movie is interesting and is a good one time watch.

I would have missed this movie by looking into ratings given by people who does not have any idea on how to rate a movie. I would recommend everyone to watch this movie and look for something different from a movie. Hats off to Dileep Pothan and team!

Spring season for malayalam film industry.

I don't understand why no one was praising this movie when it was released in theaters. Many mediocre movies are getting a lot of attention these days but sadly movies with a solid screenplay like 'O. Baby' is getting sidelined. I think it's because the movie lacked a glamourous cast and the promotions were not at all strong, this is very common when it comes to small budget movies like this but it's high time to change that. The creators should at least put a small effort into marketing the movie.

Dileesh Pothan was exuberant as usual. The youngsters were also good in their respective roles.

The cinematography desereves a big appluase. The cameraman has captured the unique beauty of western ghats in this movie and I did feel refreshed while watching the movie. The visuals are a treat for the eyes.

Don't miss this class film from 2023. Nice execution from Ranjan Pramod.

Always been a fan of how differently ranjan Pramod approaches each movie and this movie is no different, loved every minute. Loved how beautifully he captured the forest and colors.. All the cast did a wonderful job, probably Dileesh Pathan's best film so far as an actor. Fight scenes were shot exceptionally well. The movie feels very unique as it doesn't try to impress the audien, it happens naturally. Surprised to see the low rating on IMBD, this movie deserves a lot more recognition. Really looking forward Rajan Pramod's next film, still remember the chills watching manasinakkare in theater as a child.

Don't go by the ratings, they're totally fake! However the reviews of the viewers are spot on. The movie is simply superb and worth watching. Kudos to the writer, director, cinematographer, actors and everyone who worked on this project. The most underrated movie this year. It very subtly gives the viewers a glance into the exploitation of forests, its native dwellers, deep-rooted social prejudices and the apathy of the authorities. Hats off to the creator Ranjan Pramod and the superlative performance of Dileesh Pothan, aka O Baby! Loved the pet dog. He's beautiful and so adorable. His 'acting' was very fine as well.😍 I sincerely hope the makers of the movie have taken all the necessary precautions to keep him safe during the scenes. A must watch!
