I have personally met people who were in the deep depth of deppression and there lives were changed by watching his content. All you need to do is read the reviews on all of his content on YouTube. There are seriously no haters. He also offers FREE LIVE training on his personal channel and you don't need to even join his channel ir oress the "like" button to join. He never claimed to be a 35th KungFu Master like the other person wrote on another review! I know it is hard for some people to accept that there are people in this world who want and are here to help us without any type of money or fame driven motivation.
