Ok, so let me start with some backstory: I don't watch YouTube very much. Much less actual shows. Mostly just cooking tutorials and star wars bad lip reading. But I first saw the tiktoks for this show, and I was instantly enticed. So, I figured, I'll try something new. I went into it with an open mind, and I'm pleased I did. This isn't Netflix or Amazon prime. And yet, the filmmakers, actors, set, and crew have managed to capture the innate je ne sais quoi that good television has. The characters are phenomenal, the pacing smooth, and the overall effect absolutely worth your time. I can see the dedication, time, effort, and passion put into every movement, every word, every posture and every scene. Dare I say, they make it look easy, though the opposite couldn't be more true. At this point in time, I believe there are only two episodes out on youtube, but I (im)patiently wait for more. I cannot stress enough how stunned I was at the magnificence of this production, and I cannot wait for what's next.

I don't even know where to begin with this but honestly... wow! This is like THEE Redhood adaptation I've been looking for for like ever!! It's literally got everything from a stellar cast to this kick ass storyline which increases the tension by seconds. As a young filmmaker, I love to see fan made projects and this one by far is definitely my favourite; the team behind it all deserve a massive round of applause, I love this series so so much and so does the evergrowing fandom xo.
Watching bat brothers like this is such a beautiful thing. I really love how they portrayed them. Their bond is amazing. All of the actors are so talented and sweetest souls ever. I really hope this gets even bigger, they deserve it so much. Totally recommend watching. With all the love to batfam.
If you like comics or the universe in general ways, you are gonna love this. Scenes, coloring, lines, the way characters look, everything is like out of a comic. But even better.

Dc hates giving our batbros a decent live action, and Noah (the cool director) decides to create a fan-funded film, -that they cannot get a lot of money from-, which honestly could be better than Titans (if they have more props, characters, etc. I like the casting of these characters in rhr).
DC itself doesn't pay them. Although the storyline is a bit different than canon, the movie manages to capture the personalities of the characters so well, from their angst to their sassy remarks.
Despite the difficulties of making a movie on a lower budget, the team pushes onward and has a pretty nice community. I eagerly await new episodes every time I hear news about it ;p Overall, 100% recommend, go support and watch this masterpiece :D.

I love red hood, I've read just about every comic he's featured in and to see a series all about him is incredible. Which is why this fan made series is beyond perfect. Not only is the scenes cinematic but the actors all suit the characters extremely well. Wouldnt want anyone else to play Jason other than David. The props and backgrounds are all very cool especially the bat cave. Anyways 100/10 definitely recommend its awesome.

Absolutely amazing show, incredible actors, writing, costumes, everything. Jason feels like an under appreciated character or if he's in a show it doesn't feel like his character was showed to its true potential but I feel like that isn't a problem at all in this show. I could say the same things about any of the characters, really. I love the effort put into this show especially considering it's fan made; keep up the good work.
Fan-made productions have long been a way for devoted audiences to explore their favorite characters beyond official media. Over the years, DC Comics fans have created countless web series, short films, and animations, but few have reached the level of excellence seen in Red Hood: Resurrection. This fan series stands head and shoulders above the rest due to its gripping storytelling, impressive production quality, and faithful yet fresh take on Jason Todd's journey as the Red Hood. From its emotional depth to its action-packed sequences, Red Hood: Resurrection proves that fan passion, when executed with skill, can rival professional adaptations.
Red Hood is one of the most underappreciated characters of the Bat family in mainstream media, and most of his adaptations are horribly mischaracterized. This series, though fan-made, gives Red Hood fans an amazing outlet. The pilot episode is gripping and the story is laid out in an organized, convincing manner that feels straight out of a comic book.

I remember watching this show when the first episode had released, (the pilot) and to see its newest episode so much more cinematic and flavourful was astounding, it really shows you how far they have taken this & have utilised the community it has created. Episode 3 has beautiful action scenes that will remind you of the classics; Daredevil Season One, Captain America's Elevator, Deadpool vs the TVA, and so many more. What sets it aside from many other fan-made projects, is that the script is beautifully well-crafted with funny one-liners & gives you a really good need for just wanting so much more. David Reardon's performance as Jason Todd, flawless, like he was born to play him. And performances from the other supporting cast never fail, it's where you can see the effort & motivation that everyone has put into this. I hope to see RHR develop into something huge one day.

From the dedication to accuracy, combat scenes reminiscent of your favorite action movies, to the warmth the cast has for its fan base this is a real diamond in the rough.
If you enjoy anything red hood this is your series, but if you appreciate scripts written thoroughly actors that seem made just for their roles this series pulls you in and makes you skip back just so you don't miss any little detail.

It's refreshing to see a series that doesn't mischaracterise red hood. Pity he doesn't get as much media coverage , and that the coverage he does get is usually butchered and centered around a vendetta against Batman by having him be some sort of angry ticking time bomb . Glad they made the distinction in his motives :) the shots, choreography, lighting are also pretty sick. Especially like the lighting at the start of season 4 - it looked clean, and gave nightwing that grim atmosphere. Also glad they portrayed Tim as the tech guru he is. Generally, there's a lot of potential in this series especially one that's crowd-funded and written by fans. The audience, including myself , clearly loves it too. It's heartwarming to see passion , hard work and community be able to make such a good red hood adaptation.
I've loved dc comics for a long time, and the Red hood resurrection series perfectly projects three beloved characters. The project is incredible and to be part of the process from afar as someone who watches this series is just thrilling.
Rhr is so full of action and excitement, that sometimes you don't know how to react. The production puts a lot of effort and not to mention the actors, you can see the love and affection they all have for this series.
And honestly in a more sincere way I hope to see more of them in the future or more of this series.

Fantastic show! Can't wait to see more episodes and for this cast to get the recognition they deserve !!
David michael reardon stands out as jason todd, with johann fitch doing an outstanding performance as tim drake as well. Noah beyer is a fantastic and should be proud of the amazing series he's created. It looks so good for the resources they have.

Far better then the Titans TV Series Red Hood... This Red Hood feels more threatening and also has an actual personality. He isn't cringe to watch and he's written more like the comics. The Actor of Joker was also brilliant, Episode 1 stretched out Joker killing Jason but the Joker's Actor kept it entertaining. Reminds me of Heath Ledger's Joker. The Fight Scenes across the 3 Episodes and also the cinematography has been insane, for a Fan Series on a small budget this is better than what The CW and Netflix have done with some DC TV Series'
One minor issue I have is that sometimes the Actors of the thugs are putting in really lazy performances it seems like and I don't like how Nightwing and Tim Drake's Robin costumes look. If you're on a small budget than it is understandable. Looking forward to Episodes 4 and on forth.

As a fan of DC from the age of eight, finding a good Red Hood series is VERY hard. To be honest, I didn't discover Red Hood Resurrection in a magical or meant-to-be way, Tik Tok promoted it to me and after a few months of watching the edits and waiting for the episodes to upload, it finally happened!
Yes, there's no huge production behind it and some people may find it difficult to watch some scenes, because they're not edited and performed with the accuracy like some big corporation would have done, but NOTHING and NOBODY is perfect. It's a work of people who actually love and want to represent AS BEST AS THEY CAN the story and the character of Red Hood (and they do it amazingly well). So, am I biased for reviewing it with a ten? Maybe. Will I continue to advocate for more people to watch it? Abso-freaking-lutely yes.
