Constant image switch same short scenes appearing 50 times , shots of street , car , all alternated with close face shots of officers saying 1 sentence at a time And again, shots of an old door, leaves on streets, police cordons , repeated all the time It is absolutely impossible to watch Feals like an AI made this, pictory or something like that.

Looks like it has been stitched together , there is no footage of value. An audio only would be far better.

It also looks like the officers have been told to speak like some master chef hosts. All in all there is zero video content of worth, and probably 10 minutes of repeated statements.
