I have never felt so giddy about a show before, this show really has be smiling so hard! I love this show so much the first season isn't even all out yet and I already want a season 2 😂 I wish they did more than one episode per week it's hard to wait for such a great show. 😩 I love the storyline a lot you don't really see that be done with girls and I'm grateful for how well done the entire show is 💕 The chemistry between the two main actresses are off the charts, the dialogue is so good it has me blushing watching the episodes and counting down the time until the next episodes 😭 And I really love the style is both the clothes of everyone and the colors they use in the show in general it's so pretty 💕 Thank you Saint for making this.

Gap is literally the best GL ever tbh their connection and chemistry is on another level everything they do feels so real.
This is their first lead role and they are doing more than amazing. They represent the lgbtq community and the wlw community so well and with so much respect. I couldnt be more proud to stan Freen and Becky they are so beautiful on the inside and outside . Everyday they bring joy to sooo many people and make us smile. I really hope we will get to see more of them. So please everyone give them all the support they deserve it so much.
Really hoping for another season or another show with them as the leads.

If you are looking for a cute, comedic and romantic series this is the one for you! I have watched many lgbtq shows and movies but this one is at the top of my list. A little cheesy at times but overall a fantastic show!
I really love the main characters Khun Sam (Freen) and Mon (Becky). They really absorbed their characters extremely well. There was a ton of character development throughout the series which I really enjoyed. There were some things they could have done better such as the whole company and work story. However I understand they didn't have the greatest budget or enough room for everything. So putting that into consideration they did a great job executing what they could do. Which to me was making sure the endgame was the love story of Khun Sam and Mon.
Overall I recommend this show to anyone and everyone. It's a great example that love exist outside of the heteronormative social standards. Love is important for all people no matter the status, gender and sometimes age gap. Which is the message I received from this series. Love is truly the deep connection and understanding of two human beings. You will not regret watching this show.

It is the best drama I've seen...I accidentally found out the gap series while surfing internet...then I thought to watch it... honestly this drama is a package of emotions...the friendship, care, love, heartbreak...all the emotions are well portrait...the love between Sam and mon is so mesmerizing...how they care for each other...Sam is so protective for mon...while watching the entire series I fell so much connected...I was blushing throughout the scenes between Sam and mon... I've watched this 3 times continuously and it is gotten in my head...offcourse the heartbreaking scene in last episode makes me cry hard... although this is the first Thai GL series yet it doesn't lack perfection...I wish I've someone like Sam in my life...her character makes an impact on me...thank you Thai for making such a lovely series...

I saw a lot of GAP related tweets and videos on Twitter, as well as TikTok but it took me a while to actually make the effort of watching it. After I started watching it, I can confidently say that I have already rewatched it three times and can't wait each week for a new episode to be released. The humor, love, laughter and all of the emotions makes this show worth the watch! I would highly recommend this show and the actresses did such a great job, you can definitely feel the chemistry between Freen and Becky. I can't wait for the rest of the season and I hope we can possibly get a season 2 as well. This show is such a joy for me and it basically became my comfort show that I can just enjoy every now and then!

This series is making a really adaptation of the book and it takes my breath away with every episode.
Freen and Becky's chemistry is insane and they make everything seem so real. You will see it on every episode. They air every saturday and it leaves me waiting the whole week.
You should give this series a try cause it's doing an amazing job normalizing wlw couples in Thailand. We have to support this project, there are more gls coming this year due to the success of gap the series.
You can give the book a try too since it has a lot of details and it's really interesting too. Please support gap the series.

Honestly, first time I watch this series I feels like Sam is a bit weird character and Freen seem like not to be into Sam's character at all
Surprisingly, when I continue watching it, it made me realize that oh this is really Sam and I fell in love with this character more and more.
My most favourite episode would be Ep.5 when Sam stared to express her feeling in her own way, it's so funny, charming, cute and lovely at the same time
Another best episode for me would be Ep.11 where lots of emotion in same episode, fighting for love, loving each other's in the most sadness day, and fighting with yourself to be dare for love
And now even one year passed, I still rerun this series almost everyday randomly from episode to episode based only mood on that day.

It takes a little while to get used to the way of the GL/BL directing and cinematography, but by the end you appreciate it. The chemistry between FreenBecky (Sam & Mon) is SCROTCHING! So fluid and real. The 1st few EPs is a little awkward between Sam & Mon, but it improves drastically. The overall story of the series is good. And the love scenes are really good, very realistic without being gratuitous. But HOT, hahaha. After Episode 11, get on the net and watch the director's cut of a spicy scene.
The music is good, you will have it stuck in your head by the end. Look out for Uranus 2324 and their upcoming new series as well. You are sure to fall into the rabbit hole of FreenBecky performances, interviews, TikTok and edits after you finish the series. #FBPFK.

I initially wasn't hooked on the show for the first episode but as I continued it got better until the show suddenly became an obsession in the back of my mind. I developed this primal urge where I needed the next episode immediately and being patient was suddenly the most difficult task in the world. I caught myself rewatching episodes and replaying parts because it was THAT addictive- I'm looking at you EP 5,6,8!
People ARE NOT LYING when they say the two leads chemistry are INSANE!
There were some moments where you can feel the acting is cliché, but most of it are pretty decent but there were also scenes where the acting was at its PEAK where you FEEL that you are intruding into the moments. You can tell that the budget for this project is high and the cast really put their effort in to make this project successful. I thank FreenBeck everyday, you can tell they're extremely passionate about their work behind the scenes, and the fact they worked in a different project together before.
I normally never do reviews unless asked by some peers, but I had to put this out on my own will because I really need the entire world to watch this show! Please support the cast by giving this show a chance. It's available on YouTube for free with lots of languages for subtitles.
The show is comedic, I guarantee you guys will laugh because the two leads, Mon and Sam, share one braincell. 😭😭

The best part about this series is that the key message is love is love. Theres no "coming" out or labels, its just love. Youll fall in love with every single character because they all Play a key role in the series. The soundtrack will hit hard and youll be wondering why its not on apple music or spotify yet. There is so much that happens in the 12 EP, as Director would say "youll never know what happens in GAP" . Freen and Beckys chemistry is so intense, youll question your current relationship if it even meets the standard of those two. Tons of lip action, "all day everyday, everywhere" - Rebecca Possessive Armstrong.

I think this story has potential. I enjoyed the queer representation for women and there were many cute moments between the main characters. There were also many plot points outside of the romance plot that were interesting and added to the story.
Even though there were some sweet moments, I just feel like there was too much back and forth and toxic behaviors from the main characters for me to actually root for the couple. Sometimes it was hard to like either of them because of the bad communication. Some of the scenes felt awkward as well, especially with the soundtrack. Sometimes it felt like the music didn't quite fit.
Still, I believe this story has a lot of potential. The story in this series was interesting and it had many twists to keep me interested as well.

GAP the Series is a phenomenal, amazing piece of media. It tells the story of a 22-year old half-Thai, half-British girl who lives in Thailand with her mother. Mon is introduced as bubbly, sweet, happy, innocent, and in love with the color pink. She idolizes Hon. Lady Samanun (Khun Sam), a member of the royal family (great-great granddaughter of the king) who she had a very positive and sweet interaction with as a young girl. Mon starts work at her company, only to find that Khun Sam has changed since childhood; becoming cold, emotionless, and quite brutal to her employees. A start contrast to her childhood.
The stand out for this drama is the immediate complexity of the two leads; both having flaws and issues they both must overcome. Their chemistry on screen is unrivaled by any other lesbian show out there. It perfectly captures the queer experience of discovering your feelings for another woman and falling in love for the first time. The series is void of any sort of male gaze; focusing on the sapphic and female gaze, despite the director being a man. I read online that he consulted academics and members of the LGBT community for the writing and direction, and it shows.
The cinematography is excellent, with the use of color contrasts and camerawork being the stand out elements.
The writing is excellent, its adapted from a novel of similar name (GAP Yuri) and it tackles issues of miscommunication, forced marriage, Asian social expectations, acceptance, and learning how to be in a relationship.
Would HIGHLY recommend this series. 11/10. In fact, this is a clear standard bearer for lesbian and sapphic media and displaying female romance and female intimacy on screen.

Although being first Thai gl drama, it has that perfection that wasn't expected. Chemistry of the leads are just one fire 🔥 mainly the one who played role of Khun Sam. It is the perfect gl series that we needed and they are beyond my expectations ✨. The team's hardwork is appreciate able. Even their love making scenes are far better than all those bl dramas or say it's the best ever love making scene I have watched. I think there are no any series or drama have such a great chemistry of their leads as in this series. Once you start to watch this, you will be too much into that even if you're not interested in gl or bl.

This series needs the world's recognition, the setting is good, and the way they act the characters is super promising. The fact that they are just rookies when it comes to acting and did well in this series means they deserve an award! All of them deserve an award, especially Freen and Becky, it must be hard to act some of the parts in this series, and seeing them portray it well shows that they can do more and improve more. I love them and the series, the best gl so far for me. I can't say anything anymore but awesome, amazing, beautiful, and wonderful. I can't get enough of them! After this series, I hope they can make more. I'll continue to support them until the end of their journey!!

I watched so many dramas and movies but i never watched it more than 5 times when i liked the story. But this crazy GAP series, i have watched it 50 times now on youtube!
How the hell could someone create such a beautiful story with every scene with butterfly feeling.
Watching this movie made me fall in love with freen with such a stunning acting and her cute expression. Dear thailand, recognize this girl! She is gonna take your film industry to the world wide. You just need to give her chance.
Hats off to crew member and most importantly our freenbecky couple! Love you all and love you GAP.

I've been struggling of late to find a decent series to follow, my last was Timeless that was rather sadly cut short. But I digress, I honestly can't remember how I came across this title, but I read a bit about it and thought "Why Not?".
Great decision, I went through the 12 episodes in 2 days, being annoyed at having to sleep and go to work before finishing it.
The synergy/ chemistry between the two leads (Sam and Mon) is off the scale and sets a new standard on how to do a love story right. The support is just right, not too encroaching but not too absent either.
I'm not a particular fan of any one genre, but it's the acting and effort that defines this one as probably the best ever of its genre and possibly all genres.
Every scene between the leads is "just right", I have no idea how this is judged when filming but it beggars belief on how they managed it every time.
It reminded me a lot of The BBC's "Bob and Rose." from the 1990's, forbidden love, difficult culture clashes and two excellent lead actors etc.
Note that I'm English and watched it with subtitles, but I think an excellent job was done with it. Thanks to the producers for allowing us to understand this gem.
As a bonus, it will perk your interest of Asian culture as to why this sort of relationship is so difficult.
I do hope there will be a second series, but wonder how they can possibly surpass this one.

This series is very good in terms of story, players, locations and others. All made to perfection. The chemistry between the cast is very close, especially for the main cast, namely Freen as Sam and Becky as Mon. Love is universal, in this series you can feel and see that love can come anytime, anywhere and to anyone at the right time. Where there is love, there is a belief that everything can be passed together in good or bad circumstances. Please support GAP the series, because it is very, very good. Let's support the hard work of the cast and crew. The series, which is adapted from a novel, is packaged very perfectly. The cast is really great and close to each other. I highly recommend this series.

Love this series so much! I doubt i can find another show to replace this! My first thai show but its now my favourite show. I love the leads so much!
Thank you team for the amazing production. Thank you for having freenbeck in this series, definitely will support this series so that there will be the next season or movie! Even the ost are so great and unique.
Please make the next series longer so we can enjoy the show better. 12 episodes are definitely too short! Hope this show can go international and reaches out to more people.
Hope more series like this can be produced. All the best to the LGBT community.

GAP the series, helmed by a male director, places a significant emphasis on explicit content. Unfortunately, these scenes often come across as a ploy to entice viewers interested primarily in such material, rather than focusing on a well-told story, character development, and relationships, making the series a major disappointment that failed to live up to its potential.
The excessive explicit scenes took up more screen time than I would have liked, and they can be distracting from the story and characters. What's worse is how objectifying and exploitative they felt, especially when they are shot from a male gaze perspective. It's very evident in the way misunderstandings and contrived drama predictably unfolded in every episode leading to each explicit encounter.
I don't recommend GAP the series to those seeking well-crafted narratives with good representation of sapphic relationships. However, if you are looking for a show centered around explicit scenes, without a strong requirement for engaging storytelling or well-developed characters, then GAP the series might be for you.

"Gap: The Series" is a Thai GL drama that stands out for its authentic portrayal of a lesbian relationship. With strong leads and a compelling narrative, it's a significant step for inclusivity in Asian media. Despite production hiccups, it's a heartfelt story of love and acceptance. It combines a compelling narrative with strong performances and high production values to create a series that is both entertaining and important. Its success is a testament to the power of representation and the universal appeal of a well-told love story."Gap: The Series" has set a high bar for future project.
Thnx.

I have watched so many series but none has ever made me re-watch the entire episode as I wait for the next. GAP the Series captures the young love of two Sapphics who are discovering their feelings together. It promotes healthy communication even on the offset of factors that contribute to miscommunication. It pays tribute to the struggles of self-discovery.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, FREEN AND BECKY. I cannot get over those two! Their chemistry is out of this world! The way they did the first few kissing scenes and the love scenes is pure magic. They did not even need too much guide from the director. They acted out based on feelings and it shows. It was 100% believable.
I honestly recommend this series, specially to my fellow Sapphics. The fandom is crazy!

I really love the series. The two main characters have off the charts chemistry. Young people with adult problems. Sam changes through the series. She learns how to smile again, and falls in love. The actress take us in their beautiful and painful journey. I am hoping that love wins at the end. I live in New York. I'm so hook in the series. I let all my friends know about it. It does have just 2 things I would change, but overall it's a great series. The love scenes ate so beautifully done. They are very sensual. Excellent work by everyone involved. I am looking forward to a season 2,and 3.llll.
