If you love series like Narcos, you'll like this one. It it great entertaining fir it's budget. Do not expect a masterpiece or The Expendables, and you'll fine.

First, I really enjoyed this kind of Mexican productions like Contraataque. There is nothing new here, but everything is done pretty well keeping in mind the budget.

Second, acting here is good. Even it is an action movie, there are also a few things that are remarkable even the amateurish cast.

Last, action scenes are better than 90% of Hollywood similar movies. No CGI here and great old school action scenes.

So, if you want an entertaining B-action movie, this one is for you.

Counterattack is a Mexican action film that clearly draws inspiration from the light, fast-paced style often seen in American cinema. Keep up the work, Netflix. Some scenes are a little bit over, acted, but it's noticeable just to keep up With the plot, also the ending Lives, you wanting more, and hopefully they will be Another. I Found this movie while I was surfing. This movie has a Great plot, also great action, just needs a bigger budget and better lines for the characters to speak, unless it got messed up in the translation. It also needs a part two right away to continue the plot line. It ended with the next movie start right in the story. I would also keep a couple of the actors and actresses that were in the cast, but upgrade most of the actors. Even though, with the mentioned problems, I loved it and watched every minute of it. They need to not rewrite it, just reshoot using exactly the same story line and I would pay to see it.
