Immortality

Like 'Her Story' before it, 'Immortality' is a fine piece of art. It features a "Lynchian" story that is enhanced by strong performances (especially from Manon Gage) and beautiful direction. An intertwined three timelines, each timeline is filmed using different aspect ratio/filming techniques (like using an imperfect split diopter shots) that matches the time period. Jumping between timelines and collecting clues is very addecting and staisfying game loop.

With games like 'Her Story' and 'Immortality' in his repertoire, Sam Barlow cements himself as the master of interactive movies.

Sam barlow.has made just another masterpiece. This time he makes you watch it with fear and joy two times. Just like the her story and telling lies you have to get into the story to be able to finish it.

Once you start there is no way back.

I've started this film a year ago and i couldn't put it away. It just calls you back and every time you find something that shakes your back.

I am amazed by the way that he thought and wrote the details and every element of this project dances with sync.

This is realy the amazing nature of interactive movies and i think there should be more of this genre. An i hope to see more amazing work from sam barlow too.
