This show is a mistake. Not even close to good, not even mediocre and still not bad enough to make it watchable for laughs.

I don't even know where to start. The acting is bad but I don't think It's the actors fault but the directions they've been given. Also it might be because the script is simply just unplayable. Everybody seems cringed by what is coming out of their mouths. The main bad guy speaks like he has a brain worm or something.

The plot is ok just because it's not something that hasn't been done before. Still there are plot holes, of course.

Please, for the love of God, give us some quality content. Just because the average spectator in this country is stupid doesn't mean you can't try something more...challenging.

However if you still want to keep doing this stupid show, start by firing the script writer.

Another wasted opportunity. Just like Vlad, Clanul is another soap opera disguised as a great drama. Its unbelievable how even with a decent budget romanian directors still can't create something watchable for anyone else but retired housewives

the first episode is great but from there, it's full cringe and horrible acting. The idea of the tv show is great but of course ruined by horrendous empty and unfulfilling moments and bad acting.

Avoid this one, you'll feel empty and just cringe at each dialogue and missed opportunity of doing something actual great.

Go watch Umbre again, this one is a waste of time.

Made from a Turkish TV series which had 2 parts , Romanians had to make it 4 ...thats lame,season 1 and season 2 were quite good but 3 is just a mess,waste of time, cheap "drama". Shame on the producers. Now they will also produce the season 4, final one that will be released in 2024 . Actors are quite good , especially George Mihaita ( Bebe Macelaru ) and Theo Rose ( Vera ). Romanian productions are having their own "flavour" everytime ,different than other TV Shows/Series , but this one has a higher content of soap opera as another series broadcasted by PROTV called "Lectii de viata". Umbre is way better!

Just finished Clanul after binge watching for 2 weeks. Episodes are a bit lengthy (2h), and at times I felt like skipping a bit, but there was always something important to miss, so I just let it play. Watched it with my wife and we loved the plots and characters. We had Clanul play all day whatever we were doing at home, and was fun for us to discuss it, always trying to figure out what happens next. Also I think it's more appealing to Romanian audiences due to cultural references. If you're indulgent and grow fond of the characters as we did, you will have some great time. Overall it was a surprising production and we're looking forward to watch the new prequel "Tatutu". Nice job!

After "Umbre" I expected more from Romania's cinematography. The main plot is not the worst but the writing is straight cringe, lacks realism at its finest. So if you really want to see it, brace yourself.

Also the acting is not the greatest. There are a few actors who are really "bringing" you into the action. I really like Carmen Tanase, sometimes it feels like she's carrying the whole series.

I can't recommend this to you, I think there are a LOT of better shows to watch and enjoy in the same category. But if you still do, watch it with a friend and don't take it too seriously. I think 0 expectations will make it watchable.
