Jim Breuer: Somebody Had to Say It

Clearly, this standup routine does not deserve a "one" as so many reviewers gave. Reviews were either very high or were "ones."

He was full of energy and his material was original. His coverage of COVID is still too close to home for many, and these bottom reviews probably reflect it. Same goes for the political incorrectness. A lot of people are probably offended and would rather trash his routine instead.

The people giving this "ones" in their reviews are the people he's talking about in the show. (Bends over and makes high pitched farting noise) These are the people easily offended he is making fun of.

There is not one comedian under the living population who brings more laughs than Jim. Like the very best comedians, he also tells the truth. He's a Mensch and the whole cancel culture community has here someone who will not bow to them.

I don't really care about being politically correct in comedy. I love Bill Burrs comedy. But maaan....this guy sucks! Just not funny. How are people laughing in the audience? I am dumbfounded.

I don't normally write reviews but this is so horribly cringy, unfunny, and hard to watch I was forced to write one. I wouldn't have a problem with politically charged jokes if they were good and actually accurate. I can't imagine being so terrible at comedy that you have to make up a personality just to make fun of it. Jim relies on loud, overly obnoxious noises and dances as "comedy" for the entire show. He has the same comedic tact as an annoying 7 year old.

This set is so painfully unfunny it could brain-rot children. I was surprised to see full grown adults finding this funny. I hope they just edited in a laugh track because it's depressing to see how many people find this garbage funny.

This just goes to show that the right will eat anything up as long as it aligns with their beliefs. I'm sure any republican reading this would disregard me because of my political stance but ask yourself: is it actually funny or is he just saying what you want to hear?
