Ki Chun and Tae Sik become hospitalized. While Ki Chun is bleeding out, Tae Sik's cancer becomes worse as his body is severely injured. Meanwhile, Gyeo Rye finally ends his relationship with Ki Chun. With nobody to bother him anymore, he goes back to where he truly belongs in Woori Hospice Hospital.

The time for Tae Sik's final wish has come. Although Gyeo Rye thought it is to hold Tae Sik's early funeral, it is actually a different event for Gyeo Rye.
