Anna Prochniak was the Powerhouse of the Movie as expected ...and those who are complaining about having English audio ...so for their information , the Movie was also available in the Original Polish language on Netflix too ...they could have choose that option.
Unlike many new films that try to be "modern" this is a calm, well acted, gentle romance with the lovely setting in Warsaw. Funny and with lots of contrasting characters it was a pleasure to watch a film that wasn't full of swearing and explicit scenes, just a calm and heart rending story.
The Polish film Parada serc (2022) was shown in the U. S. with the title Love Parade. It was directed by Filip Zylber
The movie stars Anna Próchniak as Magda, a hard driving Warsaw TV executive, and Michal Czernecki as Krzysztof, and artist who lives in Krakow.
We've been to Krakow, and it's a lovely city. Apparently, there's a Warsaw/Krakow difference in attitude that Poles take for granted. It would be like comparing New York City to Seattle. New Yorkers are all obsessed with time and efficiency while the people of Seattle prefer to have coffee before they move forward. (In Krakow it's tea.)
Anyway, what's going to happen at the end is obvious after the first 15 minutes of the film, but it's fun to watch how Magda and Krzysztof proceed during the rest of the movie.
The acting is good, the lead actors are attractive, and Krakow is a great background city.
This movie isn't going to threaten When Harry Met Sally as a major romantic comedy, but I enjoyed it. Love Parade has an abysmal 4.9 IMDb rating. I'm not sure why it's that low. I rated it 8.
P. S. Some reviewers complained about a dubbed version. Maybe that explains some of the low ratings. The version we saw was in Polish, with subtitles.

In about 20 minutes into the movie you just want to turn it off... The plot is very boring, the characters are shalhow and nothing makes sense... a totally waste of time!!
6.8 stars.
I like a good romcom like anyone else however, once again, as I've seen in other Polish movies, this one doesn't quite translate into my culture or language. It's as if Poland is in between two cultures, western and eastern. Is that the case? If you've seen other Polish movies, you might understand what I mean. First of all, I can detect a certain dismissive behavior in the males toward the females that comes off as a bit chauvinistic. Is that really what's happening, I don't know, so I write it off as being lost in translation. But it is present in films produced by certain cultures (that are not pro female) that I don't think Poland shares ideologies with. That's why I feel I'm misinterpreting the body language. Also, some of the mannerisms and behaviors don't make sense to me. I noticed this on several occasions. I'm not sure what to make of this, considering films made in countries like Turkey, Spain, France and Germany all seem to translate well and are fully entertaining.
Unfortunately, this movie exhibits many amateurish tells that I'm not interested in criticizing or nitpicking, other than to say as a whole it's is below average in many ways. The English dubbing was decent for the little boy and the lead female, but the rest were low quality, what I deem old style dubbing, like those old voiceovers that were so bad, the audience would laugh at the obvious bad timing and inaccurate translations.
The lead actress is exquisite, so I hope to see her in other films as soon as possible.

- BlooperKarol asks how big the guest room is, and his dad says, "It's 20 meters by 20 meters." That would make the guest room 400 square meters (over 4,300 square feet), almost three times the size of the entire (137.5 square meters) apartment.
