This is the British version of the TV series documentary. This one is split into 5 episodes, but I'm not sure what the difference is otherwise. The narrator is British which is super weird for a documentary about a US event with Americans. I was afraid it would be a cheap outsider look with few details or interviews. Yet it works. I think because BBC viewers are less familiar with Watergate the documentary is forced to go over all the steps here. So instead of being a jarring mess like most US media about the event it actually assumes we know very little about it and goes over all the people involved and what they did. Even though it hurries to the break-in way too fast and doesn't really present everyone or show how they got their positions. They only mention it fast, but it's hard to know who these people are without seeing them do stuff. This would be better as a TV show I guess. Or a longer book. This is a tad too fast. And they rely on interviews for details so often details or narration will be skipped to show an interview only giving us a few of the facts.

Still this is very fun. Try to find it online. I do think it could have been done better with 3D graphics or actors. But that stuff is also often used badly. Still, here there are too many details. We need more visual stuff. I will try to watch one of the many, many TV shows about it and see what else works.
