Nikita Roy had a good concept. Acting was good too from all the lead except a few over-acted scenes from Sonakshi.

Somewhere it all boiled down to the direction. Abrupt scene endings. No character development. The horror was just superfluous. That killed the movie. They could have focussed so much on the cult, but all the spotlight was on Sonakshi, considering the director is her brother. She did act well but in a movie like these, there is so much to play with. It could have developed it into much more as it had all the elements of horror and thriller. But it fails.

Nikita Roy arrives with the promise of a compelling concept, dipping into themes that had the potential to grip and intrigue. At its core, the film hints at a story that could have left a lasting impact but somewhere along the journey, the execution loses its sharpness.

Visually, there are glimpses of brilliance, a few well-composed frames and moments that momentarily hold your attention. But the screenplay falters, often becoming too linear and predictable, softening the thrill that the genre demands.

One major misstep lies in the opening credits; showing the cast and crew images upfront unintentionally spoils the suspense, unraveling what could have been a powerful reveal later in the story.

While it might serve as a casual one-time watch, it doesn't quite make a strong case for the big-screen experience. With tighter writing and smarter storytelling, this could have been something more.

For now, Nikita Roy remains a film of unmet potential: a story that reached, but didn't quite grasp.

Nikita roy is such a fantastic movie which horror suspense fans will love most We should appreciate films like this. Now coming back to review nice performance by actors🌟, nice cinematography🌟, nice storyline🌟 and most likely nice sound effects🌟 and one more star for the climax🌟 it's just not a horror movie but also the philosophy behind it is interesting. I appreciate the work of whole team specially sonakshi and paresh rawal jii and as I became the fan of sound effects, Not a single time movie feels boring. A must watch film and also you can enjoy it how much time you want. I also think if I would have saw this on big screens and recommendit too.
