I've seen terrible movies, TV shows, animations/cartoons but I've never thought that things could get worse. Guess what? I was wrong. I never thought I would walk out of my music room to see this abomination on the TV. I thought I had a seizure when I saw it. If anything, it is more terrifying than it is "kid friendly". Normally not many abnormal shows are broadcasted on any channel until now. I literally stopped practising a song to type this. I'm confused by the true purpose of the show. I understand by the title of the show on "what" is supposed to be happening. However, I don't see it happening nor "why" it is happening. I felt like I was on an acid trip from a hybrid of colours when I saw what was happening. If I'm scarred from this show (and I only had a glimpse), I'm pretty sure a kid will become sleep deprived from this.

I wish I could give this less than 1. I really do.
But sadly, I am forced to actually give this godawful show at least one star, which may imply that there is even a single good thing about it. Trust me, it really doesn't deserve even that.
Whatever though. Let's talk about this show itself. From the minute this pile of rubbish graces your screen with it's putrid presence, your eyes are subjected to the most horrible torture known to man.
This is like, EYE RAPE: THE ANIMATED SERIES. Have you ever heard of a certain webcomic known as 'Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff'? If you have, you should understand the comparison I'm about to make. Some things, like the aforementioned comic, are meant to be bad. It's part of the humour. But this show has none of that going on. The writing is horrible and bland, the show looks like balls, and half the time, I can't even tell what's going on.
The characters are, for the most part, just as badly done as the rest of the show. Horace is like, every single thing you hate about bland heroes rolled up into one package. Roba is just goddamn weird, but not as bad as Horace.
But Alfe is the worst. He is probably the worst character in anything ever. He's an unintelligible monster that you pretty much want to KILL after the first five minutes.
The only character that I don't totally hate is the dog in a tux. I don't even know why either.
This show sucks.

It seems as if the creator of this show intentionally decided to make a show that was off-putting. The first and most obvious issue I have with this program is the terrible art work, it seems as if the artists attempt to cause seizures in their viewers with the high amount of strobe effects they use. Also, the voice actors in this show have voices that are so grating it literally gives me a migraine when this is on TV. Alfe, or however you spell it, is the most difficult character to understand, he has no redeeming qualities and is by far the most annoying. The stories in this show are not interesting either, all in all there have been no redeeming qualities to this show so far. It's a shame Cartoon Network decided to end their stellar Monday night line up with this.
I've seen many bad cartoon shows. "Fanboy and Chum Chum"; "Sonic X"; "Captain Planet"; "Johnny Test"; "All Grown Up!"; "Ren & Stimpy: Adult Party Cartoon"; "The Buzz on Maggie"; "Yo Yogi"; and "Mad" to name a few. But none of them even come close to the atrocity that is "The Problem Solverz".
The show is about three guys who solve problems. Horace is their bland, one-dimensional, flat, uninteresting, boring leader. Roba is the annoying, ugly, brains of the team. And Alfe is meant to be the comic relief, but instead is just annoying.
The characters aren't the only bad thing about the show. There's also the terrible animation. Everything is way too bright and colorful, the character designs are hideous, and the movements look like puppets. Not that I hate puppetry, I just don't think cartoons should move like that.
Also the show is just boring. The plots are weak, the writing is bland, and the whole show is just uninteresting.
Overall I can't find a redeeming factor about "The Problem Solverz". The animation is ugly, the characters are uninteresting, the writing isn't funny at all, the voice performances are laughable, and it's just a bad show. I can't find a good thing about this show. It's a pain to sit through, and Cartoon Network should've never picked it up. I can't believe this show even aired one episode. It's just awful. I don't recommend anyone to watch it unless you enjoy watching crappy, uninspired, badly-animated, unfunny garbage.
Rating: 1/10 "Horrific"

so, cartoon network is going to replace ROBOTOMY with a good show right??? WRONG!!! well it cant be worse than out of jimmy's head right? Wrong Again! The following is the worst thing I have ever seen, I am talking about THE PROBLEM SOLVERZ BECAUSE POOR LITERACY IS KEWL The animation is even worse than Adventure Time, and the first show were the fan art is actually better than the actual shows art! The characters are brain dead idiots and the humor is so bad that there is no way possibly it can be worse this show has 3 main characters the most annoying one is Alf he is a pile of... diarrhea? seriously what is that thing?! he was found and raised by Horace and his twin brother Robot This show is so terrible that I would rather watch all the twilight movies and every episode of Out Of Jimmy's Head, The Looney Tunes Show and Dora the Explorer than ever want to watch a single episode of this show EVER AGAIN Believe it or not this show is going to have a second season... CARTOON NETWORK HOW COULD YOU REPLACE ROBOTOMY WITH THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This show at least has good plots, but my gosh! The animation will give you a freaking seizure! This show is LSD on an LCD TV! The movement of everything is awful! Everything is ugly in this show!
One of the main characters is supposed to be a giant anteater...That looks NOTHING like a giant anteater!!!
This is one of the many cartoons of the decade of 2010 that look like they're on LSD. Don't watch this show if you don't want your brain to turn into a rainbow-colored puddle of LSD. It actually feels like out of all the LSD-induced cartoons of this decade, this one is the worst. Watch one of the great cartoons of the decade instead of this show!

The animation is obviously made from flash, but the animators have poor experience.
The background, I can't stand it. The colors just randomly changes(at least not rapidly faster), it looks like someone is taking soo much acid.
I give two thumbs down on this piece of rabbit crap.

I love this show, but I can't understand why it was put on this network (Cartoon Network) and retooled towards kids. If you like Paper Rad, this show is pretty much a dream come true. What is interesting is that since it's made for kids it is actually more accessible than Paper Rad's cartoons and animations. But apparently still not accessible enough for a mainstream network. I really hope Adult Swim picks this show up.
Alfe is as obnoxious and perfect as I would've hoped. He really is the main attraction. I can understand some people not wanting to have obnoxious behavior shown as acceptable to their children, but at the same time this is the network Johnny Bravo was on. The fact that I've seen another review on here lauding Johnny Bravo as one of the best shows on CN ever kind of kills that criticism of The Problem Solverz.
Also, I bet I would've loved this show when I was a kid. Definitely does not deserve its current rating.

I'll start off by saying this show is not for everyone. It can be very off-putting visually. It probably belongs on Adult Swim rather than Cartoon Network, if that helps describe the audience this show is trying to reach. It actually was proposed to Adult Swim but they decided to retool it as a children's show instead. I don't completely understand that decision. That being said, I like it a lot. If you're a fan of shows like Wonder Showzen or Superjail!, you'll enjoy it. Sometimes the visuals, like I mentioned earlier, can be distracting, but the storyline and the dialogue is not difficult to follow. PFFR produced the pilot of this show, and if you are familiar with their work, you will get what this show is like and why it is like this. It's definitely not as bad as the overall rating says. Again, not for everyone, but it doesn't suck.

The Problem Solverz is not the worst cartoon ever, even on Cartoon Network, but come on. We all know the animation is terrible, how it induces seizures, and has hideous character designs, but come on!! I know Ben Jones has a love for art and animation, but come on, dude!!
Understandably, Ben Jones was part of the Paper Rad art collective, which is a group of artists who created pieces of media, such as, but not limited to, comics, music, zines, and video art. I get that he created the Dogman 99 style to be reminiscent of underground comics, and it's cool that he had a time in his Paper Rad days, but this show is so boring!! Yes, even a cartoon that can hurt your eyes be boring and lazy.
I really do think this show fits better on Adult Swim than Cartoon Network, because this is supposed to be a stoner comedy. And while the animation here is somewhat better than earlier animations, that's not really saying very much. At least Ben Jones isn't Justin Roiland. I'll happily give credit that he actually IS against AI technology, since this show actually predicted the AI invasion, and there were other things I like. The voice acting is alright, and I do like the classic vibes of 80s and 90s popular culture, especially with references to video games.
There were some jokes I found humourous, and I do like their use of cold openings and deductive reasoning. But other than that, it's just a terrible show that never should've been on Cartoon Network. It's so boring that Ben Jones should've thought of knocking some sense into those Adult Swim executives. And Jones should at least give us a warning that the show might induce seizures. I still don't enjoy his work, but he's far from the worst cartoonist ever.
If you actually like this show, that's cool. But if you're not interested, then stay away from it.

Cartoon Network were responsible for some great childhood favourites that I still hold with fondness today(i.e. Dexter's Laboratory), but they have gone downhill in recent years, with some strong hits(i.e. Young Justice) and also some even stronger misses. Of which, along with Johnny Test and Uncle Grandpa, The Problem Solverz is one of the worst.
The animation and the writing are my two biggest issues with The Problem Solverz. Regarding the animation, the colours in this show are so bright and garish, and never with any shades or subtlety, that it was truly nauseating, while the characters are hideous especially Horace, the backgrounds are incredibly sloppy and haphazard-looking in detail and the overuse of flash is further assault on the senses(as horrible as this sounds epileptics, speaking as one, should beware watching this show). The writing is all over the place, with crude unfunny humour that is far too heavy on the toilet humour, and it all feels obnoxiously stupid, uncomfortably awkward(it probably was always meant to be awkward, but to this degree?) and random. It's constantly low on wit, emotions are always forced and like Uncle Grandpa it's weird and bizarre but not always with much reason to be. Target audience is constantly in question, because The Problem Solverz's constantly chaotic feel will see kids finding it too hard to take, and that it's embarrassingly juvenile and lacks any kind of edge or smart writing will irritate adults.
Don't expect better from the story lines either, the episodes are not that long- less than a quarter of an hour each- but judging from how thin and leading-to-nowhere the story lines are in execution they already feel stretched, as well as incredibly contrived, predictable and rushed. If you are looking for any fun or emotional resonance either, look elsewhere, as neither can be found here, sometimes you are even question what is the point. The characters are impossible to engage with, they are very irritating and act like bumbling idiots, with Alfe's belly-aching making one want to scream shut up at the screen. In no way do they live up to the show's title either, instead of solving problems they often cause them. The music is bombastic, dizzying and forgettable at best and the theme tune while not as annoying as the theme tunes for Johnny Test and Ben 10: Omniverse is certainly not something that will be remembered for a long time either. The voice acting is poor, John DiMaggio tries but Kyle Kaplan and Ben Jones are both obnoxious and dull and talents like George Takei and James Avery are wasted on terrible writing.
Overall, an abomination of a show and one of Cartoon Network's all-time worst. 1/10 Bethany Cox

Someone please tell me why in the sweet name of all people did Cartoon Network choose this show? I mean I would rather get the teletubbies on Cartoon Network than have a television show that looks like it was made by drunken unicorns, by the way this show is colored! First off I would like to talk about these characters who all look like something off do Barney and friends. First of there's Horas who is a big eyed freak who is suppose to be the leader who has a really big ego to his job, then there's the robot looking person named Roba who is annoying as all that is mighty and when he talks i feel like ripping my face to the white meat. And last but not least we come to the beauty and the beast reject named Alfe who is suppose to be the funny part of the episode but its really corny. The way this show is colored it causes seizures and most likely that will occur to someone if they watch this which is probably one reason why this show isn't on anymore, another reason is the fact this show sucks period and has no specific plot! (If you watch this.....you better have insurance!)

The obvious thing is definitely the flashing lights in this show. I really hated this show as a kid, and the flashing lights is one of the main reasons. Don't let your kids watch this as it can cause problems with your kids visions. I would never recommend anyone to watch these flashing lights.
If for some reason someone is able to watch this without headaches from the animation, the show isn't basically nothing good. The show is purely incoherent and heinously unfunny. The characters are very annoying and unfunny. No one should watch this because I can't imagine this being good for children to watch. If anything, this show should've just went to Adult Swim; it won't make a difference, but at least kids won't be expose to it. Don't watch it. It's horrendous.

We all thought Cartoon Network was improving itself after the shut down of CN Real last year. But it turns out they are making another awful show. I just watched the first two episodes of this show online yesterday, and this show is freaking ATROCIOUS! I have to say this, this show has dethroned Out of Jimmy's Head as the worst Cartoon Network show I've ever seen in my life. Not just that, this show has dethroned Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon as the worst show I've ever seen in my life. This show is THAT bad.
The animation is the worst animation I've ever seen in an animated series, the characters are unlikable (especially Alfe), the theme song is not even a theme song, it's just the origins of The Problem Solverz. Extremely lazy as hell. And everything about this show is awful. I knew this show would be terrible. I hope this show gets cancelled after season 1. I would rather watch Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon, Out of Jimmy's Head, Keeping Up with Kardashians, The Brothers Grunt, and Jay Jay the Jet Plane any day than watching this piece of crap.
The Problem Solverz is the worst show I've ever seen in my life. This is now the worst entertainment of 2011. No upcoming 2011 movie that I'm not excited for will be even worse than this (that includes the Smurfs live-action movie coming out this summer). Don't watch it. Watch Adventure Time and Regular Show instead of this crap.
Rating: 1/10.

Welcome to another "Matthew Rants".
Remember shows like DEXTER'S LABORATORY, POWERPUFF GIRLS, COURAGE THE COWARDLY DOG, JOHNNY BRAVO and COW CHICKEN were hilarious and delightful to watch? Yeah those were the days. These characters were fun to watch draw easily. Nowadays, they shows that are violent, to messed up and unbearable to watch. I agree with the viewers who bashed this show. It is painful to watch. It is a complete eye-sore. It was Master Shake who said, "Would it kill you to think outside the box?" Take a look at MATT'S MONSTERS, a cartoon from France, from the creator of ROBOTBOY. It is funny and delightful to watch, just like the good old days. GAWAYN, again, another cartoon made in the same country and creator. It is funny as hell and fun to watch! Please stay away from this show, I'd recommend TUFF PUPPY.

Yeah the animation is strange and hyper colored but thats kind of its charm, i can list 10 worse animated shows off the top of my head that don't come close to the fun ridiculous whimsy of this show. (and honestly it wouldn't hurt if you're already into bizarre animation and noise music) I genuinely enjoyed this show.

"The Problem Solverz" is a show that certainly stands out in the world of animation. Its unique visual style, reminiscent of old Atari video games, instantly captures your attention. However, my overall experience with the show is a mixed bag, which is why I would give it a rating of 7/10.
One of the show's standout features is its creativity. The distinct visual design creates a nostalgic atmosphere that appeals to fans of classic video games. This unique approach to animation is a breath of fresh air and sets "The Problem Solverz" apart from the crowd. The show's unconventional humor can also be quite entertaining at times, injecting moments of laughter into the episodes.
One of the aspects I appreciate about the show is its occasional inclusion of positive messages, such as Horace discussing good sportsmanship. These moments add depth to the characters and provide viewers with some positive life lessons, making the show more than just a visual spectacle.
However, "The Problem Solverz" has its share of drawbacks. The character designs can be off-putting, with some viewers finding them weird and inconsistent. For instance, Alfe's appearance shifts notably between seasons, from resembling a Gumby-like man made out of chocolate in the first season to appearing more like a fur monster (his confirmed species) in the second season. This inconsistency in character design might confuse or alienate viewers.
Additionally, the overuse of flashing lights can be overwhelming and distracting, potentially causing discomfort for some viewers. While the humor is creative, the show occasionally relies on toilet/ gross out humor, which might be amusing in small doses but feels overused and tiresome at times. However, the animation has gotten better in season 2 and it toned down the flashing lights a bit, but still for some with epilepsy it could be uncomfortable. The show would have been better if it would've been similar to Neon Knome (the pilot) in the first season. However, the inconsistent character designs and the overuse of flashing lights, coupled with repetitive toilet humor, can be off-putting. This isn't the worst show that I have ever seen, but at least the creators tried and made an effort to make something new or different (experimental) from other TV shows.
In conclusion, "The Problem Solverz" is an unconventional animated series that has its moments of brilliance. Its unique visual style and occasional humor can be appealing, and it's not devoid of positive messages. If you're a fan of experimental animation and are willing to overlook these flaws, you might find "The Problem Solverz" worth checking out. It's a show that dares to be different, and while it doesn't always hit the mark, it's an interesting ride for those seeking something out of the ordinary.

If you're a fan of experimental animation and are willing to overlook these flaws, you might find "The Problem Solverz" worth checking out. It's a show that dares to be different, and while it doesn't always hit the mark, it's an interesting ride for those seeking something out of the ordinary.
