Il matrimonio del suo migliore amico

I had difficulty finding this IMDb page for "Family Friends" because it is titled "My Best Friend's Wedding Planner" as a 2023 movie streaming on Amazon Prime. But the two are in fact the very same movie.

I had not seen Amanda Righetti before but I really like her and her acting style, very authentic to the character she is playing. Which is wedding planner Sienna Hart. There are two things going on in this story. First her business is outgrowing its space and she is trying to get a contract on a new venue. But there is competition and she doesn't know exactly who.

The second is a guy, her best friend from childhood, has come back to town after a long absence and is getting married to his very energetic and successful attorney. It is clear Sienna was disappointed when he left, she had more feelings than just friends, and now she is facing the task of planning his wedding.

We pretty much know how this will all turn out, and it does, but it is interesting and entertaining to see how everything gets to its conclusion.
