Possibly. Writer Gen Urobuchi has stated before that following the third movie that the story will probably continue with a new writing staff. Further director Akiyuki Shinbo also said he would be interested in a sequel or spinoff. As to what the story will be, no confirmation is known and no time frame of production and release is set. It may not be known until after the third movie.
