Mare is astounding in this film. The movie is really a variety of characters in her repertoire. It's funny, provocative, colorful, and just plain fun. If you like art films, stuff like Frances Ha, and the like, you will enjoy this. Give it a watch, it is so fun!

The person who gave this a bad review clearly has no taste for independent films or underground music. Having been to the Movement Festival where the ending takes place, and having a bit of knowledge about the history of Detroit Techno; I can say that this film paints a beautiful picture through a comedic lens about a star overcoming personal woes with creativity.

A must watch for everyone regardless of music preference.
