This is an outdoorsman show focusing on hunting and then cooking up all different kinds of prey. They go fishing, hunting for alligators, stalking hogs and shooting ducks & deer. When they take an animal, they follow up by creating recipes and demonstrating the cooking techniques for viewers.
The Reeders have an easy-going camaraderie. And Cousin Kelly Wayne adds to every show with his super talents of impressive guitar picking and improvisational songs. The campfire scenes are some of the best and most entertaining moments of the show.
It's refreshing to see these guys successfully and humanely taking game and then utilizing the kills in tasty dishes that honor both the animal and the huntsmen's way of life.
